An electrical kettle would be an asset to this apartment in order to avoid boiling a pot of water for coffee

They could supply a little bottle with dishwashing detergent and some garbage bags, in a stay of 5 days, it is nonsense to buy it all and leave almost everything there.

These apartments may not be luxurious, but they are suitable for a pleasant stay in Porto Santo. Although they show some signs of age, they are perfectly fine if you are not too fussy. The beach is very good and only a 3-5 minute walk away, and there are also small markets, restaurants, and pastry shops nearby. The only downside is that the wifi signal is quite weak and only works on the balcony and in one room. However, the staff kindly stored our luggage after checkout and we were able to enjoy the swimming pool for a bit longer.

We have two babies, and we had to pay extra 10€ per cot, per day. An absurdity. Also, the bed mattresses we uncomfortable.

No real complaints. Would have appreciated a toaster and an electric kettle but with an oven and stove managed without no problem.

The internet connection was very poor. We all struggled and barely managed to use it.

It really feels that place is quite outdated. If you plan to stay there for a night, it will do the trick, when you set your expectations accordingly.

Apartment is very specious and we've been allowed to check-in early. Staff is also very kind.

Flat was quite dirty. Upon entering the property we removed our shoes to keep it clean and within minutes our feet were super dirty. There was also dust over the furniture. Very poor on amenities - usually these flats provide complimentary dishwashing detergent, coffee and sugar sachets for the first days, etc… the only thing found on the property is toilet paper and towels. Furniture is quite dated too and bed mattresses aren’t comfortable. Time to update furniture. No shadows provided in the swimming pool area either.

not clean &very old furniture - pillows very old + mid size bed while we were 2 and supposed to have a double bed. floor not clean at all, same towels for 5 days No wifi connection No cleaning service Super loud - people screaming in the swimmingpool all the time - maybe ok for a family trip but that’s it, and for the price you pay it does not make sense

Windows are single glazed and it is noisy during the night. There were very few bowls, plates, mugs, glasses... Like one or two of each; and there were no cooking basics like salt or oil. There was a dishwasher but no tablets for it. We couldn't find any bin bags either. Old facilities with things showing signs of wear (like the shower heads for example).

Flat was clean. Lift to each floor. Enough space to park the car. Pool available (although we didn't use it). There was plenty of toilet roll.

Very spacious apartments to spend quality time with family. It even has a barbecue a 2 pools! Located close to the beach and local supermarket. My family loved staying here. Really recommend :))

The gym and spa are closed from last year but on their website shows it is still open. We were really disappointed. The bed was extremly uncomfortable, i could not sleep. The kitchenware was very poor, you have to buy everything even the salt.

The staff was very nice. They let us check in 6 hours earlier. The flat is big and close to the beach.
