Sparse furnishings, not too inviting. The elevator was not working for two days. Out kitchen light was not working. It took 4 days for them to fix it.

It is right in the heart of Barrio Alto. The cleaning staff were great. They helped us work the washing machine.

Check in process very lengthy and difficult. On line in advance and when arrived. No access codes given prior to arrival. Need code for building then lift then apartment! Sofas need a bit if an upgrade.

Views amazing from patio. Lots of space and very clean. Location fantastic for restaurants.

there was problem with the smell in the apartament probably the sewage system , that was not nice and impossible to fix during the stay the bathroom acceptable but very old equipment not really clean at the second glance (sitting in the bath tube)

Very secure building, with your own code for the lift to take to your floor. Very central, you can walk to main areas easily. Loads of restaurants and cafes around and a supermarket too.

The lift was broken when we arrived. The check in needs to be done on a specific station. No human interaction.

There was a tedious step inside the living room on which we stumbled several times, making it of a different colour would help seeing it, as it was basically camouflaged with the rest of the floor. The elevator was broken.

The host(s)/staff insisted that the apartment occurred electrical problems and that we had to stay in another one. We agreed given that they would first send us a link with photos and reviews of the new apartment so as to make sure that it meet our expectations. The link was just sent some hours before we arrived. In addition, they allowed us a late check-out but a few hours later they called us and asked us to leave the apartment immediately.

Suggestions not criticizing. Tourist maps and information in the apartment would be good to help with orientation. The checkin is quite complicated and not so user friendly. It’s a bit impersonal. All our other accommodation has hosts to welcome us and give us tourist information.

Very central apartment. Close to trams. Restaurants and supermarket. Well equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, lovely towels and other supplies. Great welcome pack. Friendly and helpful cleaners.

The only regret is that the coffee machine is a drip type and requires coffee powder, but there is no coffee powder in the room. This is something I didn't expect. People who travel for three or four days don’t carry coffee powder with them. This is the first time I have encountered this problem. When traveling and staying in any other country, if there is a coffee machine, it will be equipped with capsules or coffee powder.

The location is good, very clean and tidy, the staff are responsive and the communication is smooth.The scenery outside the window is also very good. Overall very satisfied.

It takes a lot of stairs to go up. We didn’t know there was an elevator. It’s hard to bring a 30kl suitcase up 5 levels. But other than that it was good to stay in shape.

The view was so nice. The location in perfect! They cleaned everyday, and the beds are really comfortable.

Check-in was a bit awkward as with a group it gets difficult due to the street traffic but that happens in most Lisbon stays. Unattended kiosk entry was a first time experience so guess one needs to get used to moving towards AI.

Very comfortable and spacious for a group of friends. Great availability of space for Lisbon. Most importantly it has a lift which is rare in Lisbon. Brilliant location.

Just few simple things like toilet button sticks, some lights needed replacing but when the hot water didn't work they were very quick & polite in fixing this problem

Where to start... Elevator was only working 1 day out of 5 while our unit was on the 4th floor so that was very inconvenient. There was a strong sewer smell in the apartment that they tried to mask with room freshener and in the end the mix smelled terrible. The bathroom is also incredibly dark and poorly designed with shower in the bath tub and no partition so you have to shower sitting down otherwise there will be water everywhere. Both the sofabed and mattress could be of better quality. Finally photos on Booking.com can be misleading because there are multiple units in the building so you don't know which one you will get

The elevators didn’t work and made it hard with the luggage being on the third floor. At times, the bathroom had a sewer smell which then went a bit through the main floor of the apartment.

Lifts did not work - this was extremely frustrating as I have young children. Check in process was extremely confusing without face to face interaction. Air conditioning did not work.

Alternate entrance was a little confusing and not clearly communicated. The automatic lights in the common spaces were difficult to navigate in the night time, as they didn't always trigger on. The spaces were clean, but well worn, and some areas seemed due for refurbishment. There was some sewer smell in one of the bathrooms and issue with water draining in the shower of the other... we understand the building and sewer systems age/complications, so these weren't major issues for us, but it something to consider as you are selecting a place to stay in Lisbon.

Communication of codes was clear and easy to navigate. Location was fantastic, and apartments were quiet, even given the busy location. We enjoyed the views from the patio and found the spaces dynamic and furnished serviceably. While this was not high end accommodation, it was a good value for the money during our family stay.
