Perfect balcony, full equipped kitchen. Tea, coffee. So everything was nice. Nice landlords. Close to Lisbon center .

Everything. The host was very pleasant and informative. The apartment has everything you may need. 1 min walk to main street with restaurants, 5 min walk to ferry. Good internet. Very nice view from the balcony.

Couple of frying pans would be helpful who wants to cook some stuffs.

The host is very accommodating. She has given good recommendations for places to visit and eat. The house is with excellent view and close to center. Auchan supermarket is 5 mins walk away. Just one remark for the stay is that I would recommend to have some frying pans for cooking.

It wasn’t very clean, just bearable. The smoke detector wasn’t functioning, there was a sign for a fire extinguishing blanket which wasn’t existing, the technical check of the fire extinguisher was almost two years overdue. The tram makes quite some noise very early in the morning, take some wax for your ears if you are a light sleeper.

Nice location with many restaurants and bars in Cacilhas around the corner, but also in Almada within walking distance. With the ferry (5 min walk) it takes just 8 min to Lisboa.

While I found the price and location great, it didn't come without it's faults. I found that the light switches were confusing, seemingly has if whoever installed them didn't know how to do so. For the light in the bedroom to turn on, I'd have to have the light switches in the living room pointing either down or up, not turning on if it was in a specific way. Granted this is fine, as long as it works in the end. I thought the covered balcony was very dark at night, so I didn't know whether there was a switch to turn on lights. I also found the bidet to be clogged, water flow was weak most likely because of it. I also consider that the bedframe shook easily, so we opted to use the mattress on the floor instead. I found it strange that the sofa was strapped, since I wanted to use it laying down to watch TV. These are the only complaints I have from the place, but I still recommend it if you're a tourist or traveller wanting your own space for when you're visiting the area. If the lights switches weren't confusing I'd give a higher score. I would visit again regardless.

I find that this apartment has perfect accomodations conditions: the amount of transportation right out of the door of the apartment is tremendous. You can catch the Tram, Bus, transfer to a Train or a Ferry towards Lisbon. You have access to stores nearby, merely, I'd wager about a 10 minute walk or 1 tram station ride to MyAuchan or Minipreço. You're also incredibly close to Cacilhas' Rua Cândido dos Reis, which if you don't know, has a lot of restaurant options. I also considered that the size of the apartment was great, considering the location. If you stay here, you'll have a decently sized living room + kitchenette. The bedroom size is big enough to fit another double bed and the bathroom had a bathtub which is greatly enjoyable. I stayed during New Years and we got to enjoy the Fireworks from the balcony's view. It was a great height to see the fireworks raising from Cristo Rei. The host was also very nice.

of not having a washing machine . it would have been a lot easier if i could have washed my clothes . i know that is a laundry facility not far, but it makes it i conviniente to have to go out to wash clothes

The location is good but the facilities could be better. There were not enough kitchen utensils to actually cook a meal, there should also be more crockery and cutlery etc. The bathroom definitely needs updating, it was dirty from the last guests, the toilet seat does not fit, the basin is cracked and the shower fitting did not attach to the wall, making showering virtually impossible. We would stay again, but only if the apartment is upgraded.

Great location for public transport, especially the ferry over to Lisbon and fabulous views over to Lisbon. Excellent, reasonably priced bars and restaurants on the way to the ferry and our hosts were lovely and very helpful.
