We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesOnly one thing. Very little privacy in the bathroom. Only a glass door separating it from the main room. You won’t see them as it’s in the front of your room. But you’re going to hear everything you’re partner is doing in there. It’s fine if you know your partner well.
The staff was fantastic. The room spacious and opened up into the garden which was great. Ate breakfast and dessert and drinks there. Met awesome people.

SpainWhat I didn't like was the dorm I was in because it was near the stairs and the reception, and people would check in very late at night or check out very early, disrupting everyone's sleep.
What I liked the most was how complete this hostel is, along with the garden, the daily activities, the breakfast and the people you meet there, and how clean and organized everything was.

All the staff are helpful and ready to help, to tell you about the intricacies of traveling around the island. What's more, the hostel sells cool tours for below market price, along with a nice girl guide who will tell you a lot of interesting things about the island Nice hostel, I would have stayed there more, it's a pity they sell out weeks before the trip....

United KingdomWe had a great stay at Out of the Blue. We had a private room with balcony. The staff were friendly, the bed was comfy and it was great having the garden and pool to relax in. The complimentary breakfast was also excellent. Good location for walking into town - about 10/15 mins from the seafront. We also enjoyed joining one of the tours the hostel offered to the thermal springs and hiking.

My stay was perfect. My room (6 - mixed) was clean, had its own bathroom with shower and a little balcony for wet clothes. The common areas were great and i loved the breakfast. Also the stuff was lovely. On top of all that they also had hostel-tours and they were a lot of fun! Not part but kind of a part of the hostel was the restaurant, which was really nice as well. The hostel does look like on the pictures.

CanadaWould be perfect if the beds could have curtains for a little more privacy. Some of the shared bathrooms need more hooks/shelves.
Perfect for a short stay, especially if travelling solo. Breakfast in the morning is the perfect place to meet other guests, form new travel plans, and generally make connections and going with the flow. Staff is always welcoming and caring, and really try to get to know you if if that's something you want. Rooms are clean, hostel-bunkbed style. Clean towels are provided and the shared bathrooms are generally clean. Location is great and walkable to major destinations in PDL. If renting a car, free overnight parking is available close by. This is my 2nd time staying at this location, since it checks most of the boxes for me. Private rooms are very nice as well, I would prefer that but they book up quite quickly during high season.

CanadaI couldn't lock the drawer ( where I put my belongings) under the bed.
I was in a dorm with 3 beds and a private bathroom. It was really clean and practical. Their is a personal light for each bed. The breakfast were delicious. There is a nice pool and a backyard with hammocks.
