The location is very good. It's easy to find, close to metro, shops, cafés and center of the city. We were pleased by welcomness, easy friendly check in. It was quite and we had a good rest after long walks. I can recommend it to my friends, we were happy to made the right choice to stay here.

The apartment was great, but very difficult to contact management for access. This was die to habing all contact go through Booking. There should ne an opportunity for direct contact with the unit.

It was little bit cold in the room. The heater wasn’t enough. The bathroom was a bit moldy but everything other was clean.

The location was great. It is literally 10 steps to city center.

Staff was kind and helpful. One minute from trinidade train station, within walking distance from everything. Room is spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable.

It was just my expectations. I'd somehow thought that it was a house rather than an apartment block. The entrance feels a little cramped, kind of like a small hallway in a 2 bedroom apartment, which is what I guess it is. That's the only thing, otherwise it was really great

It's so central! Warm, two fans for aircon, very comfortable bed, extra blanket if needed. Huge window overlooking the city. Shower pressure is fantastic and the room and bathroom are nicely decorated. Very secure, fast elevator, friendly and kind host. The water cooler/hot water in the little entrance is very handy too, thanks!

If the extension code is available for the electric kettle, that would be better.

The apartment didn't have an AC and since we were in the summers, the room was very hot. We had to sleep with the windows open. Although this is on us since we didn't book accordingly. Surprisingly, we didn't receive the DND door tag somehow, so we had to get in touch with the staff every time, therefore it was a bit inconvenient.

Great location of the apartment. Just 30 mins from the airport through the metro in the street opposite the residence. And the staff was very friendly, helpful, and easy to reach out to.

No air conditioning. On the 5th floor facing west and a lot of sun, the room temperature was very hot.

A good hotel with good rooms in a good location. Everywhere nearby. No problems with check in.

it's a loud street that most of the time will wake you up at dawn even if you stay at the last floor of the building.

The property it's super near one of the central station (Trindade) so it's pretty easy to reach, the host were polite and available to any problem. The room clean but not too cute.

- The room was nice but it is in old building on 7th floor with window into street so it was bit noisy at nights, make sure to bring ear plugs. - The whole residence is basically 1 apartment divided into 4 rooms so you can hear other guests at time..mostly loud closing of doors. - The room looks different than photographed in ad..it is rather smaller and it was not mentioned in ad it is part of apartment with other quests. - The heat was almost unbearable during day..if open window and keep the big fan running it improves. - There were no smaller lamps, only one huge strong lightbulb.

-The room is located directly on Trindade with amazing commute options everywhere in Porto..you can walk in 10 mins to Sao Bento station in centre. -The room was extremely clean and made up every day upon request. -The staff was helpful ..they communicate only through WhatsApp but respond quickly, we arrived late at night and they left us lock with keys on the entry door, checkin and checkout very quick and without problems. - We had our own bathroom. - Bed was comortable altough but small.

No air conditioning. We were on the 5th floor with just a fan and had to open window with a busy road outside (noisy). Could also do with some coffee (even instant ones).

Easy checkin and check out. Helpful friendly staffs. Great location opposite the Trinade train/metro station nearly at the heat of the city. Waking distance to many of the sites to visit. Nice cafe just beside for breakfast/ snacks and 5 minutes to the best grilled chicken & sardines place in town! Clean spacious room with a fridge, plenty of power socket points, comfortable double bed and a good powerful shower.

Noisy if windows are open

Perfect place for a short trip to Porto. Direct connection to the underground system and possible to walk by feet downtown. Fast internet and friendly people around
