Location is very handy to the bridge to walk to the Southside and to all of the riverfront restaurants. Lovely to have the views of the bridge. Property was very quiet. Staff member who helped us with check in was very helpful with lots of tips about what to see and we appreciated his help and felt like nothing was to much trouble.

I just love this apartment and its location! The room is very clean and spacious, it's beautifully decorated and has a mini kitchen with cooking hob, microwave, kettle and coffee maker, the view from the balconies were amazing! It's just a short walk to the funicular station, the Dom Luis I Bridge and a bus stop which you can take the bus 901 or 906 to Sao Bento Station. The staff is super friendly too, they helped me with my delayed baggage and gave me guides for transportations and buying stuff, thank you so much!

The service to pick up the keys is located a fair way from the apartment but they will meet you there if you give them notice. The staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. The apartment itself is fantastic. A great high quality and stylish fit out with a small kitchen. The view to the river and bridge is lovely. We loved our stay here and would have extended if we could have. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, relatively quiet but only short walk from a number of Porto highlights. Superb views of the bridges and the monastery (particularly at night). Excellent little restaurant literally next door and a good cafe/bar two doors away.

It was unpleasant to discover that in the apartment there were no basic consumables in the kitchen - no salt, no sugar, no oil - we had to buy everything in the store in kilograms. Also there is no capsule coffee machine - none of us drink filter. We travel often - and usually, all these things are present.

The apartments are generally good, the location is good. The renovation is quite new. One of the apartments is two-story - not very good for a child. The second apartment has 2 steps inside the room - it is easy to fall at night (and we fell) for both adults and children.

Could be a little noisy first thing in the morning due to its location right on the river and main route for traffic. Only one mirror in the bathroom so could do with another so getting ready easier for 2.

Great location, beautifully decorated and very clean. Staff were so very helpful. On arrival found the pillows were not plump enough so messaged to see if could have some extra and they arrived straight away. Loved that we could leave bags at the office round the corner too before and after check in so didn’t have to carry them around the city.

If I had to find something to comment on... there were no teaspoons in our room (no big deal!) and there could have been more pillows - but I'm sure if we asked at the reception, the team would have been able to sort both!

Early arrival is not convenient, because the office where you store your luggage until the unit is ready is about 15 minutes walk from the apartment. The dining/living area is quite dark, because there is no window. The bed is not very comfortable.

We arrived early and dropped our bags at the office. Ana was welcoming and friendly-great first impression and made us feel like we were visiting a friend. She gave us lot of info about the city, including the map with her handwritten recommendations. The location is fantastic and so is the view from the window. Anywhere you go, you will be coming back home downhill, which is a plus when you are tired after long day of exploring Porto. The cafes and small restaurants are just outside of the entrance door.

Great accommodation. The staff was super kindly. They book a taxi and pay yourself, (we give money cash) . It was a rainy 🌧 day. The app. was clean, comfortable , and everything necessary. The great view to the river Douro and bridges! I recommend 👌! Thanks to Migel.

The apartment was little on the dark side, but once you opened the curtains, it was fine.

Location for this apartment was great, and bigger than I expected. It suited the 4 of us and we enjoyed the proximity to the port wineries and restaurants close by. The shower was larger than expected and although we did not make use of the kitchen facilities they looked to be adequate for self catering groups. I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment we rented has very little counter space in either of the kitchen area or the bathroom .

The location overlooking the Douro River is wonderful. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good couple nights sleep. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful.
