Fantastic facilities and excellent staff who were happy to help and provided useful hints and tips about exploring Porto. Great location, close to amenities such as local restaurant and supermarket and 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station.

The noise from the construction site by pool. Unable to relax without the loud noises. Orange juice on first and second day was great but then withdrew it for some reason

The staff could not have been more helpful. Team leader went out if his way to be pleasant. Mostly all on one level which means not having to go up and down stairs or lifts.

It was a bit disappointing that there wasn't a system to contact the front desk by phone, but since it was just downstairs, it wasn't a major issue.

The hotel's proximity to the airport, being within a 15-minute distance, was very convenient. Additionally, the availability of massages was a delightful perk, and they even offered a 10% discount if you were staying at the accommodation. The back garden was well-maintained, and there was also a swimming pool.

There wasn't anything we could say we didn't like. I loved breakfast in the hotel, my husband prefer cooked breakfast so he didn't eat anything. But the kitchenette in our room was well equipped and shop was just around the corner. He did his own breakfast and was happy enough.

We arrived in late evening. Staff was absolutely amazing, helpful and always there to give us advice. Gave us a tour around the place and free room upgrade. Tasty, helathy Breakfast in the morning was either in gourmet area or in the room. Clean Room was very comfortable, and attention to details exceptional. The hotel in general smelled nice and clean. We used pool once as it was only short stay. It was clean and enough for a short city break. Hotel is not in a city centre but close to metro(we used metro to get to airport) and bus station. And public transport is brilliant. So location didnt matter that much to us. Would we come back ?? Absolutely!!!! Hopefully next year !!! Thank you for looking after us. We will be back and defo we will stay here again. ❤️

The person at the reception was very nice, showed us our room and gave us some recommendations. Breakfast is really nice and you can choose if you want to eat outside or get it at your door. Also early in the morning. The interior is very clean and quiet. You do not feel bother at all and Gym is also very well equipped.

Guidance as to eating places would have been helpful. Also we would have liked to know how far they were so as to decide whether to take a taxi or walk.

Restaurants were difficult to find. The suggestions from the front desk were of little use. (We did NOT want a food court!) The check-in person was helpful with regard to the room/facilities etc. The parking was a bonus on such a busy street.

We appreciated the abundant natural light and serene ambience of the hotel. The pool was not only inviting but also aesthetically pleasing. A well-maintained paddle ball court was tucked behind the pool, adding to the overall appeal. A highlight for us was the breakfast basket delivered to our room, offering various options. The room was beautifully appointed and cosy, featuring a luxurious rain shower and excellent blackout blinds.

Nothing really, everything was good.

Nice hotel located in quiete district, it is 40 minutes walk to the old town or 7 minutes on Uber. Very clean, staff is great and helpful. Nespresso coffee machine is available 24/7 and you can get pastries in lunch room after 1PM which is great. Rooms are equipped with cutlery and fridge which is very convenient. Overall - very good choice if you are looking for quiet and relaxed staying.

Unfortunately location wise, our room’s patio opened up to the apartment complex next door. They partied all night long, then kids were loud and singing early the next morning.

Room was awesome, cool decorations. Work out area was pretty amazing. Breakfast was great.

Top breakfast, nice personal and top Receptionists, top Facility with an amazing gym and other sports opportunities. Always water machine in the gourmet area and snacks for free until the night. The region is calm .. sleeping by night is perfect without noises. Garage is new and clean and easy to enter inside with a card key access

I probably would have liked a really late checkout for a fee of course

The hotel was spotless and lovely decor.The rooms were so comfortable and the kitchen area had all the utensils needed.The pool area was really relaxing. The gym facilities were fantastic and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Raquel at reception let us do a later check out which was great.

In my opinion, the breakfasts could have been more varied, but this did not affect my assessment of this excellent hotel.

Exceptional staff attitude. My wife and I flew to Portugal to celebrate her birthday and thanks to the staff of this hotel we have only the best experience of this wonderful country. They helped with ordering flowers and gave me a bottle of sparkling wine and a massage on my birthday. I also liked that there was water, tea and snacks freely available. Coffee capsules are provided in the amount of 4 pieces for free, additional ones must be purchased, but the price is democratic. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are cleaned every day. I want to thank the hotel staff for their care.

For us and our needs, the hotel was little further out of town than we realised but this is not a criticism. I think we were so focused on the hotel that we paid a little less attention to the location. So, we accept responsibility for this.

We had breakfast in the hotel on a few occasions. Very nice, good quality and plenty to eat. We loved that there were complimentary food items placed in the dining area in the afternoon that we could make use of and that we could make pots of tea for ourselves. We also loved the coffee pods in our bedroom. We thought the hotel style and decor was beautiful and very well done. The staff were all very friendly and happy and keen to help. The atmosphere was very relaxed and we almost felt like we were staying someone's own home.

The underground parking is a bit tight and requires multi-point turns to get out but that’s a small price to pay for the convenience and security. The entry/exit ramp is also quite steep. A minor issue TBH.

Brand new, well designed and fully kitted out with everything you could need. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Location is very good with a supermarket 50 metres away and the Casa de Musica metro station only a 10 minute walk away The gymnasium is excellent and has a huge array of brand new exercise machines and equipment. The pool is small but pleasant and was warm enough in mid May for a swim. The lounge area is generous and the gourmet area is clean and well appointed. We really enjoyed staying here and would strongly recommend BFRESH Hotel.
