From our first entry, Joao was really helpful and informative. He clearly loves Porto. All the staff were friendly, smiling, and great with English conversations. Special mentions to the breakfast lady and Emilianna for the massage. Vinyl LPs to play in the lounge - when the new stylus arrives. The boutique interior design was well thought out. Great pool and leisure facilities. We also chose BFresh because of value. It is 3km from main town attractions but we saved €000s, if you could find a nearer, comparable hotel. The Uber service is comprehensive and cheap. With each trip (average €5.5) we were dropped exactly where we needed to be. This was a very good holiday.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem and they were polite, happy and enthusiastic. They offered advice on what best to see in the city and were available to help at any point in time. The property was very modern and clean and provided everything that you could need. The coffee machine in the room was a nice touch. The location was a little out of the main city but at approximately $5 for an Uber it wasn’t a problem at all.

Excellent in every way. You know when a property puts photos on their info it can often be misleading! Well this is not the case here. Photos are exactly as property is, it is as if they were taken the day before your stay. Staff are excellent

Only one comment about breakfast - it was lovely but a bit of variety in the cheese and cooked meats would have been nice. Otherwise everything exceeded our expectations.

Liked being able to leave the car in a secure carpark and explore Porto by metro, bus and on foot. Staff gave very good advice about metro and bus routes and about restaurants both locally and in the city centre. Room was excellent and very well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Throughout the hotel everything was spotless and the security was very good. Staff were all very courteous, friendly and helpful. The pool looked lovely though we didn't use it as we were out and about so much. The spa and fitness facilities were good and I had a very good massage. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of fresh fruit and yogurt and an abundance of different breads and pastries.

We thought breakfast was included in the stay but it was an additional 15 euros which was quite expensive for what was offered. The location is quite out of the way of the tourist area which was a bit of a hassle for us.

The rooms was small but well designed with lots of storage. The outside space was awesome. The lounge area, pool and paddle court were great. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

We didnt like breakfast cause we thought there were missing stuff such as vegetables/cheese, and we thought its not ok we payed for breakfast but if we want an omelette or coffee we need to add more money.we never heard of this and we felt no value for money in this case.

It is a little out of the centre however we used bolt taxi’s which were so cheap and convenient so we didn’t see this as a problem, there was also a metro close by

We stayed here for my dad’s 60th birthday for 3 nights, we wanted a hotel with a pool due to travelling in the summer and it was amazing. The staff were all fantastic, couldn’t do enough to help us. As our flight arrived early and departed late, they kindly let us use the facilities before and after check in and check out times. The rooms and facilities were all spotless and the beds super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a fresh continental selection. The gym was great for morning workouts. As it was our dads birthday, the hotel were great sorting a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine in his room. Super communication via booking.com for queries before arriving

The only thing that was slightly annoying was the amount of building work going on across the road, kind of ruined the zen that the hotel would otherwise have. Nothing a good set of headphones cant fix though

It was quiet, best nights sleep I've had in a long while, the black out blinds were fantastic. The gym was unreal for a hotel, I was in there everyday before breakfast, sometimes twice a day. The breakfast was just right, the cakes were dangerously delicious. It was only 30minutes walk to the city centre. The food places nearby were phenomenal, proper traditional.

On first arriving and seeing the property from the road (a bit of a run down area) the building is not very inspiring, however as soon as you get in it is like entering a secret oasis.

Everything!! The decor, size of the rooms, quality of the fixtures & fitting, the grounds and pool, most unusual hotel, but very nice.

Nothing... The pool needed a little cleaning of leaves but it wasn't bad enough for us not to have a dip and swim.

Spotlessly clean! Perfectly comfortable! Luxurious and relaxing! The gym was huge and had really good machines, the pool was amazing and the paddle court was often free. JOÃO was amazing! Super friendly, helpful, informative and always smiling.

We knew when we booked that the location wasn't central, but we thought (and still do!) it was worth it to stay in such a nice hotel with a pool and outdoor space, so I wouldn't let you put that off booking! Just be prepared to use taxis (we found Bolt to be the cheapest and super easy to book).

We arrived very early due to our flight time and had hoped to just drop our bag off and sit by the pool for a bit before exploring Porto, however on arrival we were kindly offered breakfast which was much appreciated, then given towels etc. for the pool. Our room was ready early which was also great! The staff were lovely, really attentive, gave good recommendations. The hotel itself was lovely, clean, modern, relaxed. We loved the pool area. There is some construction going on nearby which you could hear but I wouldn't mark Breakfast was a breads and pastries (lots!), yogurts and fresh fruit. I also loved the freshly squeezed orange juice! The room was comfy, lots of storage and all required extras. Self controlled air con (we have been to other hotels in Portugal where they set the temp centrally and it was awful!). Only thing we thought was slightly odd was the proportions, a huge shower room but relatively small shower cubicle, and the bedroom was quite cramped. Though we were in an economic double room so we weren't expecting anything massive, just an observation!

The breakfast need to get improved. Making it more healthier by adding egg selection. There was too much high processed sugar ingredient food.

The staff and the availability of the opportunities at the hotel were the most pick up points.

This hotel is a gem. It is exactly as it seems in the photos, modern, comfortable, with beautiful common areas and a great pool and gym. The staff are extremely attentive, friendly and polite, always ready to offer advice and tips on places to go in Porto. They give you a tour when you arrive and offered us a meal at 22:30. They also offer massages and treatments and offered a free massage and a bottle of bubbles for my birthday. It is outside the centre of Porto and not the most charming neighbourhood, but it has parking for a limited fee and it is 10-15 minutes from the centre by Uber. Highly recommended, we would certainly return.
