The apartment is only 6 minutes from the Metro Station and about half an hour by foot to the city centre. It’s a lovely walk through old town and some shopping streets. It’s very spacious and access to the garden is a nice touch. A supermarket is just 10 minutes away.

My recommendation is to have some shampoo,some soaps etc because when you travel it is hard to keep everything with you.

A very nice apartment and pretty close to the center and cafes, bars, supermarkets etc. The personal very kind and helpful. Very good for families. I suggest it without doubt.

- Few cabinets and wardrobes to store your clothes. - The space was really clean, but since the building is sorrounded by some courtyards you may encounter an insect inside.

Garden was a little bit overgrown. The rooms were a bit smaller than the pictures showed.

The old town was a short walk away. Rooms were air conditioned. It was nice to sit in the garden. Groceries shop and restaurants were near by. Metro station also near. Quiet neighborhood.

The apartment was close to the center of the city (15-20 minutes at foot), it was well equipped and big enough for us 6.

The apartment is nice and comfortable for a family. There are some small details that would make the stay better. For example, the door of the bathroom can not be blocked. Also, after we arrive at the apartment, it was not possible to communicate with the host for some doubts. Anyway, it was not urgent, but I wonder if it was, what would we have done.

The decor needs a lot of refreshing. The furnishings are what I would expect in student accommodations, not a tourist apartment in this price range. The shower needs signficant cleaning to remove a huge amount of mildew and the water pressure was not great. I would box in the boiler as well. The wardrobe in the bedroom is a cheap canvas thing with a zipper. The living room sofa is more like a futon and the cover had a burn hole in it. Extra rubbish bags should have been left for people to use. It really would not be difficult or costly to bring this place up to a higher standard. Be sure to bring your own toiletries (there was dishwashing liquid, though).

Very good location, fairly close to amenities like the excellent Bom Successo market and supermarkets. You could walk to the city centre, but it is a long walk. There is a Metro station nearby, but there are a lot of steps (bear this in mind if you have luggage - there is no ramp). The apartment building also has a lot of steps to use if you are not on the ground floor. I was in the 'penthouse' and although I had to walk all the way up, there was a large rooftop terrace, ideal for the sunny days I was lucky to experience. The apartment had a well-equipped kitchenette (including a kettle, coffee maker and toaster, plus a refrigerator, microwave and cooking rings), a very good washing machine and a large bedroom. Noise outside from traffic was not too bad ('dull roar') and what I would expect in a central location.

the apartment is very old and needs a new parket and a new door, there are mold signs on the ceiling and the neighbors are very noisy

The bathroom looked nothing like the pictures, the pictures make it look like you’re getting access to a lot of nice things so you think a group of 5 can easily share, but then the bathroom was tiny and dark. We also found a really big cockroach and there were some construction people showing up on our last morning in the property without any notice.

The sofa/bed could be more comfortable, looks old and heavy. The shower is quite small and the water goes out if you don't pay attention. When we arrived the apartment was a bit smelly because of the humidity of the city.

The location for sure us the best point of this place! The communication with the host was also nice, thank you Joao for being flexible with our arrival time! The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a sofa/bed as mentioned and a small bathroom. The space outside is really nice if you want to enjoy the summer weather in Porto.

The shower was mouldy, otherwise it was good. The kitchenette wasn´t very big for cooking for 5 people (two electric rings), however, big enough for breakfast or quick supper . And there were only four chairs and one stool.

Very close to underground, it was easy to get to the city. We don´t need an AC but in summer it is really helpful.
