Evening buffet meal is not at all good and best to be avoided. We decided to splash out on this for our last evening, but wished we’d gone into town instead.

The room was comfortable and very clean. The pool was nice and usually enough loungers available. Breakfast and bar food were good. Staff were very friendly. There is a bookable shuttle into town and back if you don’t fancy the walk.

The hotel is located on a steep hill. The breakfast is varied but could be more faster (big hotel and a small space for breakfast). Although the hotel offers free parking, founding a parking space is limited and difficult.

The on-site restaurant with show cooking and buffet options is a big plus. Modern facilities, including an outdoor swimming pool, fitness room, and on-site parking.

Room service was often slow as we were at the furthest end away from housekeeping.

Although busy, it was very quiet. Rooms were incredibly spacious with a private lawned terrace. Service was excellent, pool immaculate and the offer of a free shuttle into town and secure car park was invaluable. You were not scammed over the cost of food and drink at the property which many other hotels take advantage of.

Sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable for adult use, as you're asking :)) One outdoor meal down in town attracted a lot of flies! Otherwise, all good & friendly, helpful people everywhere.

Staff at reception (shout out to Guilherme!). Menu/food (breakfast/pool menu and buffet eve were all great). Pool is fabulous. Shuttle service was easy to book. Lovely water taxi ride courtesy of Batnavo to nearby beach.

The fact that I was in the hotel by the swimming after a glass of wine, I was left with 2 choices: either open an account with a credit card or pay at the bar. It made me walk a long way just to pay for a glass, I could have done that during check-out.

I loved the breakfast, only thing was that the knives and forks were on the wrong side of the table.

Some information passed on by the front desk was not accurate, regarding the pool bar service which made us order room service without needing it.

Facilities and the staff, specially in the restaurant and pool bar. The shuttle service works very well and one of the drivers is extremely nice.

Unfortunately, the sofa bed that was used by our son, was very squeaky and every time he turned, we woke up from the noise, so our nights were interrupted. All that reception was able to offer, was to place a mattress in the room but our son did not want to sleep on the floor. I would recommend that the hotel replaces the sofa beds!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, staff were very friendly, the pool area was very nice and the breakfast was pretty good.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the hotel. The only real downside was that it’s a 10 minute walk from the beach. The way down is fine but the way back is up a huge hill. Completely manageable if you’re fit and healthy and there is an option to get a free shuttle, but this needs booking in advance which isn’t ideal if you’re not 100% sure of your plans a few days in advance.

The room we had was a queen room which was spacious and the bed was massive and very comfy. The pool was great and there were plenty of sun loungers to use. We had breakfast included and it was well worth the money. There was so much food to choose from and they catered for dietary requirements (diary free) too. The staff were friendly and helpful and helped to make our stay really enjoyable. The gym is small but functional. The pool bar serves food throughout the day and there’s a selection of snacks, ice creams and drinks to choose from.

Just one small thing, I suggest having glasses and mugs for cold drinks and hot drinks in the rooms. Drinking from paper cups is not good.

It is a bit far away from town and beach, there is a car that can drive you in and back but you will have to book it beforehand and give specific times, not what you want while on holiday. Cleaning of the rooms is very late, our room wasn't ready before 17.00, if you tired and need to rest it's too late, in every hotel I've stayed before, the room was ready at lunch time.

Staff is polite and always ready to help. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet with plenty of choices.
