The owner, Cathy, works hard to have all of the amenities guests would want. The property is situated on lovely grounds with a view that is stunning. The common rooms are spacious and welcoming. The guest rooms are immaculate and perfectly appointed.

I realise this is a challenge due to the sea breeze but more shade around the pool loungers. Theres only 2 small umbrellas between 8 loungers

We stayed at this excellent BnB during our trip to Nazaré because of the heated outdoor pool which was the perfect temperature with a view of the sea and not crowded as the place has only 4 rooms. The owners have brought a high quality under stated style to the place with attention to detail and comfort. The breakfast spread was superb.

The location was perfect for all the sites we wanted to see. It’s a little far from the beach but there’s a heated pool which we enjoyed so much we never went to the beach! The place was so cute and the owner Cathy made it so special.

Our experience at Oceane' exceeded our high expectations. The property is beautiful and is even better than the pictures! We stayed two nights in between visits to Porto and Lisboa. It was the perfect break from big hotels and crowded streets! The views of the ocean and beaches from the rooms and the pool are amazing! On site parking was perfect. By far the best part of the experience was our host, Cathy. She cared for us like we were family and made everything so comfortable and relaxing. I had developed a cough while in Porto and read that ginger tea with honey would be helpful. Although Cathy has many flavors of tea, ginger was not one of them. BUT, when we returned from a hike, she had gone to the store and bought some! Amazing hospitality! The facility is upscale, new and VERY clean. In fact, this may be one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed! The bathrooms are beautiful and spacious while the kitchen is filled with every comfort imaginable. Cathy has thought of everything. We highly recommend Oceane' if you are traveling to Nazare'.

We had a very relaxing stay. Great location all within walking distance, well maintained and clean. Has parking. Cathy was very helpful and knowledgeable on the surrounding area. Breakfast was excellent lots of choices for a healthy start of the day. We would recommend the place to family and friends and would not hesitate to book a stay again.

Wonderful newly built B&B with owners who love to host. The home is built specifically to give guests all the amenities of a luxury home but with privacy as well. Beautiful ocean views, great parking, helpful hosts, what's not to love?! Play some pool in the billiards room, then watch a movie on the giant screen TV. Head upstairs to open some wine from the refrigerator, slice some cheese and watch the sunset. Then plan out your next day get ready for a great variety of breakfast foods the next morning. Pillows could have been bigger. Our room at the back had no view but the other rooms do. This back room is very spacious with a huge bathroom, but is right beside the kitchen/dining so a little bit noisy - needs a buffer of some sort perhaps.

The property was in immaculate condition, easy & free parking outside, set in Sitio, the upper part of Nazaré. Short walk to restaurants and shops and the fort for viewing the big waves in winter. Great facilities - a pool table and cinema room. Excellent breakfast and shared lovely kitchen & outdoor balcony overlooking the pool. All en-suite bathrooms. Short walk to the funicular down to the main part of town (€4 return). Super lovely hosts Cathy & Guilliame, with lots of tips and information on good restaurants (we loved Sitiadio), things to do and see.

Fresh food, good bread, nice cheese and cold cuts. Coffee was prepared and we also had at our disposal Nespresso capsules to be used in their Nespresso machine.

Incredible sea views, beautiful terrace and pool, everything was perfectly clean and the little touches in the room made it feel really homely and unique. The owners were always really friendly and helpful and welcomed us to join them in watching the rugby World Cup from the cinema room. Delicious breakfast too! This was our favourite place to stay during our 2 week trip to Portugal.

We celebrated our 25 wedding anniversary and the pictures online are even more impressive in person. The B and B sits in the less populated but more scenic parts of Nazare. You can walk to several local restaurants in less than 5 minutes. The famous lighthouse from HBO’s 100 foot wave is only a 10 minute walk. Diane was very helpful to my wife and I. We felt at home. She prepares a great continental breakfast everyday. This was our favorite spot in Portugal. 100% would book again

If visiting the Nazare area Océane B&B is an excellent place to stay! The rooms are modern and new with an excellent view out of the sliding door. Our hosts were fabulous in making us feel welcome and making recommendations for restaurants and sights to see. The Breakfast was absolutely the best.
