Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Stunning property in every way. Like a 5 star hotel. Superb. Amazing hotel like foyer with lift. location very central next to the cathedral, parking easy in the bus station next to the school behind the property. Cristina & Alvaro very easy to communicate with from start to finish. Small welcoming tea/coffee gifts. Nothing to criticise

Really modern and clean apartment. I liked the decor and it was perfect space for two people. Didn't use the kitchen but it seemed well equipped. The place is RIGHT in town and super convenient to walk about to bars/restaurants. Digital entry meant no keys to worry about losing too! We had a look at the church on the second floor and although there appears to be some building work we didn't hear anything.

NetherlandsIt’s time to change the mattress it was as deep as the Douro Valley. The shower is oke, the water did clog up and in no time we stood in 5 cm of water. The toilet leaked so kept filling itself up all the time.
Location was absolutely amazing. Free parking all around and very quiet while being right in the centre. The apartment had all appliances you can think off (although no washing machine). We got the instructions of entering the apartment 60 min in advance and it was really easy to get in. AC worked perfectly fine, one remote that worked on all divides separately could have goten a little instruction, we found out eventually

LithuaniaThe AC in sleeping room needs to be fixed, during night it randomly started to spread horrible sound of which we woke up scared and we needed to turn it off. Considering that during our stay the weather temperature was +35 it wasn't a pleasant surprise. Apart from that, everything was great.
Great location and though apartment do not have designated parking slot, in just 1 min walk there is a free public parking slot and we had no problem in finding a free space there. Just is front of the entrance there's an excellent restaurant "Douro Excellence" high quality meals and wines. We were positively surprised by the size of apartment and quality of the room in general. Everything was clean, a lot of equipment, doors locking with the code, no keys needed - 10/10.

We liked the simplistic beautiful clean apartment . Also liked the door entry keyless set up! There are no u s b ports ( for telephone ) in the unit and for overseas travelers this can be a problem with no plugs . Also the room wasn’t serviced, so hock I wasn’t aware of but not a problem . Staff over email were very courteous and helpful ! Thank you ! I would highly recommend!
