We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I liked everything! The room was perfect and swimming pool area was fantastic. The breakfast was great and staff were always super attentive restocking food. Room service impeccable. And I was given the best located room in the hotel without asking - I couldn't ask for any better.

ItalyThe hotel is conveniently located to have free parking but then walk from there to visit the centre. Nice staff, well-maintained room and very clean. Pool area is ok, although there are too few sun loungers so you might have to be on the floor or grab a chair from the bar area.

United KingdomThe hotel description mentioned a coffee maker in the room and we didn't have one, but this wasn't really a problem.
Great location just outside the city walls; extremely convenient for the bus station which was literally just a few minutes walk down the same street. Very good breakfast. Fabulous swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers and parasols. Our room was right next to the pool but very well soundproofed so we weren't disturbed by it at all. Spacious, comfortable room with good aircon, plenty of storage and nice toiletries in the bathroom. A big bottle of water was provided each day of our stay and there was a fridge to keep it cool.

PortugalThe sunbeds are comfortable, but you can only lie on your back as they are not adjustable, some more signs on what is what especially in the breakfast area would have been nice
The rooms are nice and comfortable, the pool area is kept very clean and organized, you can borrow pool towels and there is drinks available in the pool area for a charge, but we got every day a complementary bottle of water in the room and there are free juices next to the reception. A free parking garage that has not been mentioned anywhere but we were told about right when we arrived was a great bonus, there is free outside parking but in the heat it for sure is more comfortable to leave the car in a garage

United KingdomWhen I arrived there were 5 or 6 groups waiting to check in. It took over half an hour and was chaotic and a really bad start to the stay. The receptionist did cope quite well, she should have had support. I always include breakfast, apparently I hadn't, I have to believe them. The sun beds don't lie flat, they are like airline seats that recline some of the way. Tan on back anyone? I had a hornets nest on my balcony - it was removed quite quickly, but looked like it had been removed before, just badly... The car park doesn't have enough space for all the cars. The bedrooms have a kitchen sink, like it was designed to be self catering, but not; so that is a bit odd.
I took a slight risk with this hotel, I wish I hadn't. The air conditioning was good and so was the shampoo/soap. it is a short walk from the town, so that works. The pool was quite a good temperature.

AustraliaVery poor reception service. Staff were indifferent and not welcoming or helpful at all. The rubbish bin in our room was full when we arrived and the fridge was hot. Reported this to reception staff and told they would attend to these issues. Two days later and another report to staff and nothing was done about it. Not good enough for expensive hotel.

PortugalBreakfast selection could be more varied for the price, for example more variety of bread, oatmeal, plant-based milk, regional sweets and regional bread.
Good location, free parking, swimming pool looked nice but we didn't have the time to enjoy it.
