Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Canadaour stay of 4 nights were too short.
our upgraded rooms on 20th floor offered unobstructed view of the River. the rooms were comfortable and modern. towels were soft and pure white. we received 2 glass bottled water per day with chocolate at night time. breakfast was excellent with fresh fruits and variety of cheese. coffee was aromatic and freshly brewed. croissants were mouth watering. most important of all, Myriad Hotel has a professional team of staff at all levels. Chloe of customer relation emailed us prior to our departure to ask for our specific time of arrival. she actually prepared the rooms and granted us early check ins! we really appreciated this exceptional service as we were exhausted from the flight. the Management staff and team were most helpful in making our stay comfortable. Paulo gave us solid advices re tour of the Castles. the restaurant multilingual team members worked well together. they delivered attentive and seamless services. our 4 night stay at this outstanding architectural design hotel was most memorable. highly recommend.

United KingdomThe shower is in the bath. The screen had a seal missing which meant that water leaked on the floor. I'm sure they will fix this as I reported it. The way the room was laid out is a bit unusual but this is a personal view.
Very good breakfast with lots of choice, but no option to have freshly cooked eggs or porridge. What you see is what you get. All rooms have a view of the river I believe. Very comfortable lobby area. Comfortable bed. Lots of eating places within walking distance. Oriente station and shopping centre about 15-20minutes walk away. Much calmer than Lisbon centre. Stay in this area and take the metro into town would be my advice. Near the airport but NOT under flight paths.

PortugalWhen we get in to the room we noticed a lot of deth mosquitos by the window. During our stay the hsk didnt remove them and didnt the trash and the dirty linen and that was not good. The shower could be diferent because some one enters , can see you showering.

BelgiumThe shower is in the middle of the room and has lack of functionalities. Like where can you hang towels. The floor of the shower is also not very stable and there are a lot of moles on the shower floor.

NetherlandsThe tap in the basin is a bit weird it is either super hard or nothing at all & it is hard to regulate where the hot or cold is ,,feels very random.. I like the view in the sauna on the 23rd floor but it is a rather cool sauna e.g it's not hot enough & there doesn't seem to be a way to increase heat.
Well the view from the 18th floor is wonderful, the food can be informally taken at the side of the restaurant so I could work & eat. The staff are very attentive & friendly. The location close to train station & airport is very convenient. There are beautiful walks along the water both north & south.

PortugalBreakfast personal was a bit slow despite not so many people in the breakfast room.. Waited for my cappuchino appr 20min despite telling them at least 3 times.. In the mean time other tables got their coffees...
I have stayed at the hotel Myriad quite a few times before and know the hotel quite well. To my surprise this time when having a light dinner at the bar the food was really fantastic and the personal very nice and helpful! Not at the 50S level (no other restaurant in Lisbon is..) but really very nice! The location is amazing with the view of the river and the city. Breakfast good.
