Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomOutstanding. Spent 4 nights here and they were absolutely perfect. Location is excellent, right in the heart of the city centre and walking distance to the train station. Room size was great, clean and modern. Views from the balcony were superb. Also, the hotel surprised my partner with a bottle of wine and cake to celebrate her 30th birthday which was a lovely gesture. A fantastic hotel all round, would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in Lisbon.

Good location to all the places of interest.Plenty of restaurants etc nearby. Easy transport links. Nice size room with fridge,free safe and good sized wardrobe.We were there 4N and there weren't enough hangers, (I always bring at least 3 with me),but I am sure we would have been given more if asked. Good sized bathroom with a shower.Lovely large soft towels and nice toiletries supplied. We had breakfast the last morning and booked it the night before to get a discount. There were plenty of staff,who were all pleasant and helpful(a bit quick taking the plates as my husband went for coffee and they took his toast😆).The selection available was very good and all fresh. A comfortable seating area in reception. What with the comfy bed and the shutters blocking out any light,we slept very well every night. The hotel sent us information and recommendations for transport etc before we travelled. Our room had no view,but we were there to visit the city and we were only in the room to shower and sleep.

The hotel is very close to the Rossio Square, so perfectly located. Our room was spacious and tastefully done, with a good bathroom and an excellent shower. The shower gel has an exquisite scent! Our breakfast was delightful every morning: the selection of fruit, juices, teas, coffees, breads, cheeses and cakes was excellent, as was the variety available for the typical "English" breakfast. I had great fun using the pancake machine, and savouring them with the different jams and nutella on offer :) We will definitely be back!

AustraliaGreat location: close proximity to public transport, shops and restaurants. When I was in Lisboa there were some end-of-summer night markets in some of the public squares, everything within walking distance. I was on the top floor, and the view was unmatched! It also happened to be my birthday when I was at MSH Tejo, the staff went out of their way to make my day special, with some sweet treats and a bottle of wine for my friend and me. Thank you for a wonderful stay, I will for sure come back!
