Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The property is in a prime location, everything was within walking distance. We didn’t need to rely on Ubers at all. Metro station right around the corner if you want to travel a bit further, and a scooter drop off point right outside too. Our room was more like an apartment - plenty of space and very clean. It was cleaned once during our 3 night stay which was fine for us. Good air conditioning too and Rituals products in the bathroom. Taxi’s to / from the airport were organised for us and cost €25 for us both.

CanadaUse stronger paper cups for the instant tea/coffee in the room. They tended to be too hot to touch and they leaked as well. The paper was too thin. Also, there was no sensible place to put the kettle/coffee maker other than the floor. And the coffee maker leaked. TV was in a weird position. Why not put it directly in front of the bed?
Front desk staff were very good ... nice but also efficient.

This hotel is very strategic and right in the centre of Lisbon. We were able to walk everywhere in this vibrant city but the hotel was still very close to the taxi stand and metro, if required. The staff were all very friendly. The rooms were compact but had everything that you needed.

United KingdomThe following are just minor issues but would help: It needed a full length mirror that you can stand away from. The TV/mirror was dark and too close to the beds. Also there could have been more wardrobe space as there was plenty of space for more. The wardrobes just had hanging space not any shelves. The hairdryer kept cutting out and was not that powerful. So provision of a better hairdryer would be good.
The staff were very friendly and the location was excellent.

The hotel located at the best location in Lisbon. Cars can easily access to pick/drop off easily (this could be a challenge in Lisbon). The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean we arrived and you could ask for cleaning everyday. This is the best place in terms of location since everything is just walking distance from you.

SpainA very good hotel, situated in a beautiful square with a view to it. I had a very cozy room at the top floor. The room looked like a suite with a very comfortable bed and a sofa in another room. There were all the facilities to make tea/coffee. The bathroom was incredibly clean and comfortable. Everything was exceptional. The staff was very helpful. There are plenty restaurants just at the front door of the hotel.
