We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

This hostel was very nice. It reminded me of Selina hostels but better. Very clean and well-maintained. Lots of comfortable space to sit and relax throughout the building. Highly recommend.

feels like home; super cozy and excellent vibe. Beds super confortable and with courtains to have some privacy; everything very clean. Bathrooms very nice and with privacy too (it's a detail, but even the shower gel smells very well :) )

Everything about this place was just perfect. I have now been travelling Portugal for 2 weeks and this has been my favourite hostel yet. Excellent breakfast selection included with price, jacuzzi, games, cinema room, hammocks etc. staff were lovely and so were the other travellers. Staying here felt like a little slice of luxury on my Rota Vicentina adventure. Thank you ❤️

PortugalIn our room there was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. It could be nice to have a soap in the bathroom sink. Once there is blind curtains in the room which for us was very important but It could be also useful to have blinds in the toilet since the light in the morning awake us up at 07 am.
Excellent location, we’ve booked a room with a great view with balcony, breakfast was OK. The outdoor is cool with nice music to have a cocktail.

Good location to stay. It's next to the river, where you have a ferry boot that can take you to Furnas beach. I also liked Mute vibe, and the staff was friendly. The rooftop offers nice views. Good breakfast.

PortugalThere were no lockers in the room. There is no air circulation in the room. The air in the morning was heavy and humid. They don't have initiatives to integrate people (quizz night, etc). I think that only two toilets are a bit limited.
Everything was really good in general. The breakfast was pretty complete. The best parts are the rooftop and the library/living room. I really felt at home.
