We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Breakfast was excellant and the provision of tea/coffee and cake without charge at any time was very pleasant.. The room was comfortable well equiped and quite spacious. The staff were excellant and helpful.

Beautiful place, nice spacious room with a great balcony overlooking the local countryside. Generous breakfast and amazing pool area. Very kind hostess and very quiet at night.

Very beautiful house, a nice courtyard with a small pool and a great view. Excellent breakfast with fresh cakes eveyday (which are available throughout the day). Clean rooms.

PortugalAccessible only down a red dust road, certainly not easy to find at night, with a few signs to guide you to the location. Parking and manoeuvring of cars would be a problem if all guests have cars. Only problem encountered was the evening of a storm, when, upon returning there was no power and nobody there! Upon trying to contact the two mobile numbers on the supplied information sheet, got no reply from either. A return call within 10 minutes and advised that someone would come within the next 10 to restore power, which they duly did. However, they never checked to see if everything was okay, nor was any apology received for the inconvenience. Wi-fi was available, but was very intermittent and constantly having to re-connect
Nicely located, with good views, with everything set around the central (outdoor) swimming pool. I was the only guest there for all three nights, so peacefully quiet. The rooms are spacious, comfortable beds and good size ensuite. Breakfasts were excellent, with fruit, fruit juice and coffee, croissants, breads, ham and cheese, as well as a cooked meal (scrambled eggs and bacon). A lounge is available to help yourselves coffee and cookies, 24 hours.

Wonderful place, the pool area is relaxing and peaceful. The room is big and the bed very comfortable and everthing is super clean. The fact that there is a free self-service assortiment of cakes/cookies at any time of the day is a nice touch! A bit off-centered but great location to explore the surroundings (e.g. with a mountainbike)
