We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Hotel Mercure's services/facilities exceeded our expectations. The breakfast comprise of buns/croissants/danish, cheeses, egg/mushrooms, and a variety of fruits, is typically served to the table, which we preferred due to hygienic reasons. The location was ideal given the proximity to the sanctuary. The cleanliness is admirable in rooms and the dining area. During the entire stay, we had dinner in the hotel. The menu choices of dinners and drinks were excellent. More importantly, the staff members were very friendly and helpful.

FranceWhile courteous, most hotel's personnel seemed inexperienced. It is a small hotel. Some of the features and services are a bit on the "skimpy" side. Breakfast is "a la carte" (no buffet).
The hotel is very close to the Sanctuary. The structure, both the building and its interiors, appears fairly new or recently restructured. The room was clean with the main features one would expect from a typical four-star hotel.

United StatesCheckout was confusing. No one at the front only a lucite box that said “Express Checkout” with keycards in it. I erroneously guessed that Mercure had my credit card info. They did NOT. It was with Booking.com and They put a HOLD on my card until the bill was paid thru Mercure’s secure website. Beware of Booking.com
