Perks in the room: Port, cookies and coloring books!

They need a small store to sell things like bottles of water and potato chips. The light switches in the room are non-intuitive.

After three months traveling through Portugal and Morocco, this was the perfect final night before our transatlantic flight home. They offered everything one would want from an airport hotel. Walking distance to/from the Lisbon Airport Terminal 1 (though there is a free shuttle if you have lots of luggage). Clean, comfortable, high quality rooms. A restaurant and bar (and dipping pool we did not use). A very good hot breakfast included that begins serving early (was it 4 am or 5 am?) if one has an early flight. In short, they know what their airport hotel clientele need and provide it.

This is the best airport hotel I have ever stayed in . The staff were so friendly and helpful and the rooms were wonderful. The shuttle service was free and operated every15 minutes. If you don’t have much luggage it’s in easy walking distance to the airport.

No complaints!

The location just a short walk from the airport was great--and there was a free shuttle every 15 minutes if you chose not to walk. The hotel was extremely well-managed. The pools were a huge bonus and actually large enough to swim in. This is a very nice hotel, not a luxury hotel, but it delivered everything and more that I would want in a hotel close to the airport and was an excellent value. If you stay on a night that they're serving the buffet in the dining room--be sure to eat there. It was amazing!

The arrangement for the bathroom with a glass only separating the bathroom with the bedroom. This "modern" type of arrangement does not go with me.

The proximity to the airport and the airport metro station. The way you call a taxi was also a nice touch. Their airport shuttle is a great service. Finally we found a room with an air con working properly!

They could have had a bigger van for the shuttle, lots of folks left behind while we were last to squeeze on the van. Breakfast could be improved - more choice of cereals, and scrambled eggs could be cooked more - they were runny.

Very clean and sleek. Lots of plugs in room and comfy bed. So close to the airport which was quite convenient. Dinner was great and we appreciated all of the choices you had. It was so much better than the usual Portuguese menu.

I was confused about which food/drinks in the room were free and which were a chargeable item. In one area of the room there was a box of cookies and 2 mini bottles or wine (or maybe port), One another counter there was a bottle of still water and then there were chips and some other drinks in a glass cabinet. I think some may have been a welcome gift and others were not - but unsure.

The hotel is very well located in relation to the airport. The restaurant food was quite good, the hotel was very clean and the rooms were very nice.

Service for dinner was bit slow. I wish the outside hot pool was hot.

Dinner selections were delicious. The breakfast buffet was extensive and included plenty of gluten-free items.
