We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaCoffee machine always had issues. The bathroom sink plug didn’t work which I told them about on the first day and was never fixed. We had leaking from the air conditioner unit for the last 2 days so they had to turn off the air conditioner to fix it.
Position was great. Room was lovely and kept clean daily.

GermanyKitchen and appliances were old and deserve some renewal. Gym access is too pricey so basically nobody uses it. A weekly fee would make more sense that a per use fee. A bit too far away from beaches, if you want to walk and bring your stuff along.
Great Swimming pool. Great view of the Marina from the room. Spacious room. Excellent location. Free electric vehicle charging.

IrelandThe surface around the pool needs some repair and my youngest cut his foot off a loose brick. There were ants around our kitchenette consistently for the duration of our stay, which we highlighted to reception on day 1.
Out room was very spacious and the air conditioning was excellent. The on site Bar & Restaurant staff were very pleasant and the food was good. Plenty of sun loungers and never too busy. Great location on the Marina. A lot of good restaurants and bars close by.

IrelandAlthough there are plenty of sunbeds in the pool area, there are very few umbrellas for those of us who need a bit of shade!
Location was excellent - it's easy walking distance to the old town, and also easy walk to Meia Praia beach. Our studio apartment was a good size, clean and comfortable and well equipped. All staff in the hotel were pleasant and friendly. Very good pool area.

Just a brilliant place to stay in Lagos! The facilities are brilliant and the staff are extremely friendly and efficient. The location in Lagos is hard to beat in that the resort is a short 5-10 minute walk over the lovely bridge to Lagos town and only a 5 minute walk to a gorgeous beach. The room itself was very spacious and spotless, I honestly can’t think of anything about this place my family didn’t like. The pool bar was a saviour during the hot afternoons and the main bar was a lovely way to wind down in the evenings after dinner and a stroll from town.

United StatesUnfortunately, there is no elevator in the building with the 2 BR apartments, making it difficult taking suitcases up 4 flights of stairs. In the flat, both toilets kept running water which was noisy at night; had to close the door to each bathroom for a quiet evening. The door to second bedroom would not fully close. Sliding doors to terrace were very difficult to open/close/lock. Bed pillows in both bedrooms were uncomfortable (some seemed old/worn).
This is the third time staying at this property thanks to its excellent marina location. There are three very good restaurants just steps away from the property, including a new Thai bistro. Very spacious apartment with contemporary decor perfect for 3 adults. Good kitchen (despite no dishwasher); nice to have 2 good-sized glass bottles of filtered water provided. Lovely terrace with scenic view of the marina. Great resort swimming pool with ample chaise lounges + pool towels. Very friendly housekeeping staff. Pleased to have secure outdoor parking (free) conveniently situated across a small road from the resort's entrance.

United KingdomPool was exceptionally busy with lots of groups blocking sunbeds with towels early in the day making it difficult to secure space particularly with shade. In the evening restaurants in the old town were unbelievably busy, even towards the end of season. Makes booking ahead a 'must' if you want good restaurants. This is also advisable for the tours too. Beds were extremely solid - perhaps slightly too solid for comfort.
Perfectly located for the Marina, and an easy walk up to the old town. Well located for the beach too. Room was spacious enough. Pool was nice but see below.

Apartment was modern, a great size and had everything you need for self catering. Lovely big balcony. Pool a great size and clean. Next to the marina with bars & restaurants nearby and manageable walk to the old town and good supermarket.
