Terrible trouble with people above us for 3 nights .Shout,playing football and loud music.Garvetur agency did not lease the apartment above us. The company who did lease it,leasted it to 2 workers who worked for them So they didn't have to adhere to Garveturs no party or Deposit policies.(Be aware,ask the question) I did report it twice to Garvetur.We are both in our Sixties,non drinkers.We left there very tired and stressed.Not good for someone with a heart condition.Still waiting on my Deposit to be returned.

Check-in was a bit strange as even though we got asked what time we’ll be arriving nobody was at reception. Once I managed to contact someone we had to wait another 30 mins or so for someone to check us in. I think a better check in system is needed.

I knew the view will be amazing when I booked this apartment but didn’t realise how stunning it’ll be! And in such a perfect location too. The apartment is in the centre of the marina. You are surrounded by stunning views (if you enjoy looking at yachts like we did). There are so many restaurants on the marina and on the street leading to the apartment. You’re absolutely spoilt for choice. You can have breakfast as cheap as €5pp! I was pleasantly surprised. The apartment itself is very nice. It’s not modern but I quite like the feel of older European decor :) will definitely be staying here again as we’re planning to come back next year! Highly recommend this apartment.

Could not park our vehicle at all because of faulty FOB. Very inconvenient

The apartment is in need of a bit of updating. The bed was really uncomfortable and squeaked at every movement. A poor night's sleep was had by all and the pillows are in need of replacing. There wasn't a lock on the balcony door.

Location was fantastic, near all facilities, shops bars restaurants the beach and overlooking the marina. The view was beautiful. Security to get into the apartment was good. Staff were really helpful and contacted me to let me know my early check-in request was available. We would definitely return.

It isn't always easy to communicate face to face as the local office is shut for much of the time but helpful staff kept appointment. Flat itself would benefit from some modernisation.

Location was excellent and the property has a fine view of the Marina. The shower was also excellent and the appartment had all the facilities one would expect.

The apartment is a little dated, but very typical portugal. But still clean. There can be some noise on a night with the near by bars

The apartment is in a great location for visiting and accessing the marina. The balcony view is stunning.

The sink did not have a plug in it and the shower was not working properly as hot water only lasted 30 seconds also property needs a freshen up

Receptionist was very helpful and was very busy at the time of my arrival but was very apologetic. Overall great location it was what I needed a bed for my stay

late check in, which we nearly got charged at the higher amount because they were late getting there, we’d been stood 10mins waiting. No hairdryer had to buy one when we got there.

Would have liked more towels, also some extra toilet rolls.These are the only two items I would have liked more of. Some British channels on the TV since it's mostly British clients who stay in these apts.If you need any help on the TV channel's then I can recommend someone.

There is no air conditioning in the apartment which made for a lot of disrupted sleep and discomfort. It comes with a fan, which only blows the hot air around the room.

Phenomenal location with an oustanding view of the Marina. Set in the heart of the town which made sauntering about a joy.

Was missing oven in the kitchen. There was microwave but we don't use it. Was some issue with the boiler but was attended right away.

Location, flat itself was nice. It was quiet even though location was at the doorstep of marine. 10 min walk to the beach.

NO AIR CON. The only issue we had was no aircon, the fan in the room just blew the hot air around so it wasn't the best, and we went in June so it was HOT.

Host was very friendly, showed us to the apartment and gave the impression that if we needed anything it wouldn't be an issue. Loved the location, the balcony overlooking the marina was perfect for a morning coffee or late night drink.
