Hard to find and difficult to get into without any personal assistance. The problem we had initally (our first stay) was getting into the property.

Had a little trouble opening my room’s door with the app. So I would say the self check-in is a little confusing, although communication is good and the detailed instructions are sent in advance. It’s definitely manageable.

Very positively surprised. The property is clean, all the common areas are nicely decorated and look welcoming. Room looked great & cozy. Loved the bathroom. Everything was as in the pictures, wish I would have stayed longer. Staff was nice :)

The pipes in the bathroom created a lingering smell which didn’t go away our whole stay. It became a little unsettling for my partner and we had to leave the balcony door open. The house is also not sound proof, we heard several couples arguing etc.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot fault the property location too much. The stairs from town to the house are very steep and take some getting used to! They definitely keep you fit! Our room was lovely, large bed and really comfy. We had a balcony which came with the sea view and it was beautiful. The pool was very spacious and perfect for cooling down. There were plenty of sun loungers also. The shared kitchen was large and your room number is in the fridge on a sticker. We loved it here due to it been so convenient when going to town and the beach!

A long dressing mirror in room would be useful but nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Cleanliness, place was spotless. Clearly built to a very high specification, lights work on sensors , real attention to detail by the owners.

The room could have more furniture to store clothes and somewhere where we could wash or at least dry our clothes.

The modern kitchen was great, clean room with a beautiful bathroom. The whole house is cozy, it was nice to have a pool as well.

We loved everything. One thing to know is that to get back to the property on foot after walking down those stairs to the beach or heart of the city, you must climb those stairs again and it is a workout! I enjoyed this, but some might have difficulty walking. If you can’t walk, you can drive easily.

The property location is excellent; there is a short 7-8 min walk down stairs to the heart of the new city. It is only 11 min walk to the old city within what were the castle walls. The property is immaculately clean and easy to enter with the phone app, and then using the key provided once you come in the first time. The shared spaces were delightfully decorated and the kitchen has all the tools you need to stay in for meals or have coffee on the patio. The pool is super clean and a lovely, refreshing temp even in the summer heat. The room is small, but everything you need and why would you stay inside when you can explore wonderful Albufeira?

This property was outstanding in all aspects. The location is great, the shared kitchen is amazing well equipped and plenty for those wanting to use it. Two dishwashers for example. The pool is fabulous with good outdoor facilities and great tables for your evening drinks and nibbles. The cleaning lady was very friendly and did a wonderful job.

No possibility to hang up clothes or wet towels inside. It says the room has 30m², but this includes the balcony. So the room itself is rather around 20m².

I didn't pay attention and booked a room that was too small... but despite this it was still nice there.

Beautiful swimming pool. Very clean. Helpful owner. VERRY GOOD LOCATION! There is everything you need. If I ever come back there, I will definitely choose this place!

You had to climb quite a few steps to get to this property so I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who requires an accessible stay. However, most of Portugal is hills/stairs so it’s to be expected.

This property was very clean, safe, and only a few minutes from the main strip of bars/restaurants. Albufeira is a big party town so it can get quite loud up to 4am. However, with the windows closed we surprisingly didn’t hear anything.

Bit of drag back up the hill from the old town but hardly the apartments fault. Need to get fitter for the next time.

Only downside was the humming of the jacuzzi as we couldn't see a way to power it off at night, but this was minor.

Great location, so close to the old town. Amazing view from the jacuzzi on the balcony. Really nice pool.

Clean rooms and surroundings with nice yard- and pool area. Walking distance to most of our daily needs. About half of the rooms were booked so it was spacy and quiet. We enjoyed.
