Super dooper clean and smells amazing as you enter your room. Rooms are very modern, great showers, comfortable bed. I also love the roof top pool and sun bathing areas, which was a great added bonus. Great location and very good value for money. The staff spoke good English and are very helpful. Will definitely come back again.

Breakfast was a well done buffet with a good selection of offerings. The atmosphere in the dinning room was pleasant and the staff were attentive. The hotel was central to both restaurants and tourist attractions. We found it easier to park the car and walk every where.

Lovely hotel in a traditional building set in a quiet square near the town centre. Lovely, helpful staff and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast selection and the pool is a fabulous addition. The bar area is really comfortable and there was a real fire burning the evening we stayed. You can stroll around the interesting sleepy town and Faro is a short drive away. Would come back and stay longer next time.

Staying at this hotel had one major perk - we were only a 5-minute walk away from the castle. Mornings offered a complimentary breakfast buffet with hot eggs, fresh fruit and berries, meats and cheeses, croissants, and delicious Portuguese pastries. It was also our first time experiencing a Chocolate Festival (Feira do Chocolate Loulé). We didn’t plan on it, but this 9-day event attracts thousands of visitors each year. Our favorite restaurant in Loulé was Retiro dos Arcos, where we tried the rosé wine with two entrées of fish. Only a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Renting a car was very cost-effective and allowed us to see more of the Algarve, including Olhão, Silves, and Faro. If you’re looking for a trip with a stunning coastline, beautiful beaches, Moorish castles, dolphins and peacocks (at Jardim da Alameda)—this it it! The Ria Formosa had spectacular views from the boardwalk, and we’ll definitely remember the beauty of the Albufeira Marina, Benagil sea cave, and Algar Seco.

Beautiful 3 star hotel in the centre of Loule. I could not fault it. Comfortable huge bed, hot shower with good water pressure. Lovely breakfast with a really good choice of food. A fabulous heated rooftop pool and a solarium. Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. Also extremely helpful and friendly staff. I liked that you could order a tea facility for €2.50 and a tray was brought to the room with a kettle, milk, a bottle of water, sugar and a great variety of tea bags. I would recommend this property and would certainly stay again if in the area.

We couldn’t fault the hotel. Attractive peaceful location, friendly staff, spotlessly clean, comfortable room and excellent buffet breakfast included. Loulé is a very attractive town.

Great mini break, we loved it. The hotel is really sweet. Service at breakfast (waiting for replacement crockery and food) was a little slow and check-in and bar service was a little slow too. However these are minor issues as the pace of life in Portugal is slower than the UK so it was probably a welcome slowdown 😃. Really looking forward to staying here again soon x

My only issue which I am assuming is not the hotel but Booking.com that I was offered a room upgrade on a romantic booking and the upgrade cancelled out my romantic booking. So on this occasion I felt disappointed.

I have stayed at the hotel previously with an excellent location, service and breakfast plentiful of hot cooked breakfast, cooked meats, cheese, fruit, pastries.

There was very little I didn't like but if I had to think of something, I would love a bar down the length of the pool. Being a non swimmer it would be a big help.

We loved this hotel. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The choice of food at breakfast is amazing. Delicious range including loads of fresh fruit. Very clean and comfortable. It was close everything. We would love to visit again.

The pool is heated but this time of year(February) the temperature of the water is OK for swimming but not for relaxing in. We didn't choose here solely for the pool so weren't really an issue to us.

Plenty of choices for breakfast. The cooked stuff was cold as its buffet style but it still tasted OK 👍
