The flat is clean, smells good, huge!, and decorated with classy design. The location is very convenient, close to underground and very central. The rest of the magic was done by the city, which is stunning.

We were not provided the wifi info on check in and then the host was slow in responding to provide it. The apartment we were in was on the front side of the building and there was a very noisy bar below. There were a couple of nights where the noise kept us up into the middle of the night. If you can, get a room at the back of the building.

The location is great! Close to lots of restaurants, shops and some of the sites you’ll want to see.

The apartment was absolutely brilliant. The location was fantastic, the apartment was a good size and it was very clean. Our room was on the second floor and it had 3 balconies each with a view of the two main streets in Lisbon. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Units on first floor are above a restaurant that has late hours and outside tables. Noise might bother some. Ear plugs recommended.

Perfect location in the most center of Old Town. Top view from the 4th floor. Two sunny balconies: one on the South, one on the West. Easy and fast communication with the personnel via WhatsApp.

Location was fabulous, close to the waterfront, Chiado, Alfama, all within walking distance. Lots of good restaurants and cafés and shops.

It was weird not having a host there and that something might have gone wrong with the checkin machine, but it all worked out. That being said, they should have someone on site on weekends as that's the busiest time and the most at risk of tenants having an issue.

Couldn’t find main door, took a couple of minutes, small details in apartment, the paint work and the tiling, a bit messy, shared balcony with room next door, nothing to spot people looking into your apartment. Not major issues because we would recommend and definitely stay here again , lovely spot

They were two single beds in the suite, which were moving a lot (getting separated). Apart from that it was a bit noisy for the night.

Spacious, comfortable, clean apartment in an excellent location. Communication was exceptional, hosts are very friendly and helpful, and easy to contact. We loved that the apartment was in walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Short walk to the metro station. Lots of cafes just outside the front door. The kitchen is well equipped for simple meals -toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee maker with pods included, cutlery, crockery, fridge. Very comfortable bed, lovely hot shower with good water pressure. Everything is high quality. We’ve stayed here several times.

There are few flaws, but not very disturbing for me. The double bed is actually the pair of beds located next to each other. The divide between them the may be annoying. There is no iron here. Also there was only one blanket. When we came it was rather cold at the first night, because the flat could be heated only when somebody is inside - card is necessary to enable electricity. There are only 4 capsules of coffee what is not enough for more than one day. The same with a toilet paper, cosmetics and other stuff - the amount is rather predicted for shorter stays. There is no wardrabe, so You have to store Your clothes in bag or on chairs. There are only few place to hang something. There is only one big mirror. At night it is sometimes loud, because people around are partying till small hours, but it is rather a feature of living in such a place - it is the centre of Lisbon, though. Summing it all up - there are some minor cons, but in my case pros prevailed.

First things first - location. This place is located in the heart of Lisbon, between most interesting landmarks of the Portugal capital. Because of its marvelous position on the map there is actually no need of using a public transportation for most of the time. You live where the city lives. Even if You want to use it, the metro station is just in the end of a street, 2 mins from You. Moreover, the place is no more than 10 minutes walking distance from tram 28, elevator, praca de comercio and many more. Between Rossio, Alfama, Bairo Alto and the bay. The apartment itself is spacious and clean, with a view on the main street. There is a capsule-based coffee machine, towels, rather comfy beds, table, sofa and almost everything what is needed. Everything designed in a modern way with a Portuguese accents (tiles). Staircase was clean, quiet and code-protected. Entry is from the main busy street. The auto check-in machine enables 24/7 option to land here. The people are very kind and helpful. We could leave our baggage after we checked-out for a few hours. Great value for money. I would strongly recommend this place for a few days trip to Lisbon.

There was a bad smell from the bathroom, most likely from the circulation system. There was unfortunately no dish soap or sponges. So we had to buy this ourselves. Unfortunately there were no spices as well. Otherwise, a nice apartment!
