Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

LatviaUnfortunately, the stay did not quite live up to my expectations - very, very noisy even with the window closed, as there is a highway and planes taking off nearby. If you open the window, the noise is much louder. The room and the hotel in general are very humid and stale due to the abundance of carpets, not very "fresh" to breathe. And the rooms themselves are already asking for an update, as mold is already visible in the bathroom ((

PortugalHowever, we completely forgot how much road noise there is in Lisbon from the motorways, we found the road noise throughout the night almost unbearable and difficult to obtain any full sleep before continuing our journey, as such we were very tired when leaving the hotel in the morning.
The hotel is lovely with a spacious room and very comfortable beds. The staff were very obliging, helpful and polite. The bar and restaurant food was very good.

AustraliaThe restaurant was closed for maintenance/renovations, I was downstairs looking around and saw a restaurant there and I asked 2 of the porters from out the front if the restaurant we were standing in front of was open for dinner and they said yes and it opened at 7pm. Turns out this was the restaurant closed for the renovations. I felt they should know what is going on in their hotel.

CanadaThe room decor was a bit dated and the style was very 80's. We wanted to enjoy a glass of wine and we had some with us but I did not have a corkscrew. When I called the front desk to request one they told me that they could not send one up for some unknown reason. They instead said that they would send someone up to open the bottle for us. When the person arrived they said that they could only open the cork of the bottle halfway, and then I could pull the cork out myself?? I have never heard of this restriction at any other Hotel and they could not give me a proper reason why. Very strange.
The check-in was easy and the staff were very friendly and efficient. The room service meals were awesome and the breakfast the next day was fantastic. We had a great view of Lisbon with a room on the 17th floor. The location close to the airport was ideal and made catching our early flight a breeze.

The staff are always lovely. The beds are comfortable and the restaurant is good. The breakfast is amazing, something for everyone. The lounge is good and the reception area is lovely.
