The shared bathrooms were mainly clean the whole time but occasionally it was hard to find one that wasn’t a bit dirty - the showers would all fill up as fbs sinks wouldn’t drain. There were a few great staff but one of the overnight staff members would be very animated watching tv and you could hear them all the way from your room.

The room itself was great and while it was small, it was still comfortable and clean.

Position is a bit far from main attractions and a 15 minute walk from the closes metro, but there are plenty of buses and if you don’t mind walking is fine.

There was no water in the morning when I was supposed to check out so I couldn't take a shower before leaving. This is not the owner's fault obviously, but it can happen, hopefully not frequently.

This is a very lovely property with so much to enjoy. There's a big shared space on each floor and the shared bathrooms are big and well-equipped. The two hosts I met were very friendly and helpful (especially the older one). My single room was spacious and comfortable for a solo traveler, and it had all the necessities and more.

The owner of the place who is rarely there, I think suffers from mental health issues. She verbally assaulted my friend over a coffee and the price of it. I don't believe she is there often but if you encounter her, just ignore her and enjoy your stay. The bedroom with 2 separate beds could use more hooks on another side for friends traveling together. It was provided but only on one side and it was not enough.

The staff here are exceptional. There is a young gentleman with curly long hair in ponytail that works during the day that deserves a raise/promotion. He went out of his way to help us and was beyond fantastic. The evening, older gentleman is full of life and will make tons of jokes. The place itself exceeded our expectations. Small courtyard that felt like an oasis and respite about from the city. The bathrooms were always kept so clean. I can go on and on but the workers really make the place special and take care of it well. The design and layout are well thought out. Robes, towels and slippers provided.

Noisy outside room (restaurant below) and phone ringing inside(*) … and my mattress was a bit dipped in the middle… but all fine for a night stopover!

I’ve never seen such spotless facilities, bravo! Thank you to Carlos for warm welcome! Caught the 780 bus opposite into town easily, 15 mins pay 2.10 on the bus. Cute co outdoor area and bar. Good wifi near reception*

Very clean and well furnished room. Specially all the toilets are super clean and comfortable. For Middle class people, it's like 4 star Hotel. With that price you can't find anything like this in whole Lisbon. 24 hrs Front desk service. The stuff are very very professional and friendly. Strongly Recommended. I really enjoyed My stay.

Wife very slow ,when I close the door. It's not possible to use WiFi inside the room. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Super clean room and Toilet. The room was great . With that price it's 5 star quality service. I love that place. Very comfortable stay. 24 hrs Front desk. It's like and 4 star Hotel. Room Sound proof. Stuffs are very very friendly and professional. Very very strongly Recommended

A little bit noisy at night.

Excellent value for money and I'll stay here again. Location is good.. 25 mins to centre walking or 10 min walk to Metro. Supermarket opposite, nearby Bakery Cafe is a must for Breakfast. Bathrooms clean and great showers.

We loved the night shift receptionist. Made me feel super safe and so at home! Very helpful guy! The shared bathrooms were always open and clean. Never had any issues running into someone in the bathroom. The rooms were very clean as well. Great location. Would definitely stay here again!
