Absolutely fab! The customer service goes above and beyond to meet our needs. Absolutely the best experience we had whilst travelling around europe. The location is amazing, just 5 mins away from the hill too see the sunrise. Super close to restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment’s modern, clean and tastely decorated. There’s a free parking which is a big plus. Def Will stay here again in the future!

We were met by Ben who was super friendly and helpful. He was readily available throughout our stay and sent fast responses to any queries. The apartment was immaculate and really well appointed, with some lovely finishing touches. Everything worked well - comfy beds and lovely showers too! The freebies were thoughtful and generous. We highly recommend the apartment. The location was just perfect for us with so many excellent restaurants on the doorstep!

One of the bedrooms that has two twin beds The beds are right next to each other so unless you are a couple or of the same family it’s not really suitable for two different people to sleep in that same room as you are right next to each other. For 4 single people traveling together you would have one person in each bedroom and the 4 th person on the comfortable pill out couch. Harder for 5 single people traveling together.

Excellent location and fabulous amenities in the apartment. Every room had a television and all the appliances in the kitchen are up-to-date and beautiful.

This property was AMAZING. It couldn't have been better. The flat itself was immaculate, contemporary, and well stocked. The view to the street was dreamy and fun, but the noise was filtered out by the exceptional windows. We barely heard a thing when they were shut! We were greeted upon arrival by a host who personally guided us to our private parking spot, then helped us with our luggage to the flat. The flat itself was honestly perfect. The bed was comfy, the shower was divine, the kitchen was great, the living room was spacious, and the location...OMG the location. We "got lost" in the surrounding neighborhood and loved every second wandering up and down the roads to see what we could find. So many shops and restaurants just steps away. And if you walk down the hill you'll arrive at the water -- please try and do this right when the sun is rising! You won't regret it! I highly recommend this flat and probably all of the flats provided by the company.

Can’t say enough. Great spot,great apartment with everything you would need. Modern and immaculate. Chiado Best apts. are the only place to stay in Lisbon. The apts. are worth double of what they cost. I look forward to returning to Lisbon and staying with them again!

The apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Everything worked as it should. We were greeted by a very friendly person and cleaning staff came in the middle of our stay. The complimentary 2 large bottles of water and bowl of fresh fruit were a nice touch. Bathroom was spacious, and double paned windows kept out the street noise. Also appreciated the QR codes to access the washer instructions. Great location as well.

Street noise level was easily heard waking us up several times during the night, people ringing the apartment doorbell at 1 am (doorbells are in full view street level making it easy for prankster to walk by and ring doorbells)

We loved everything about the Chiado apartment. The communication from Lisbon Best Apartments was clear from booking to arrival through to checkout. Yuran met us at the apartment with a warm welcome and efficient checkin process. The apartment was very clean, well appointed and in an amazing central Chiado location. Yuran also took care to recommend restaurants and sights as well as helped us to arrange for a tour to Sintra. This was one of the best experiences we have had with a booking.
