Amazing location close to the center and beaches (feels very safe to walk there alone at night), very kind and helpful staff, one extra bathroom for females only, super clean, cool rooftop and amazing roommates!! Would definitely stay there again :)

Nothing. The entrance is on the back of the building where you have to climb few stairs to go there which can be difficult when you have a big suitcase but the overall experience is so worth that little challenge.

Great location, center, close to the buss station, close to the harbour. Clean and safe. Really welcoming staff. Loved it.

The locks on bedroom door and bathrooms were old and very difficult to open. I get the old charm of it all, but replacing the door handles on bedroom would be helpful. We decided to leave our bedroom door unlocked because it was so difficult to open but that doesn’t feel as secure as I’d like. This hostel definitely had an older clientele than I’m used to, which is fine but I was unprepared for! Mid 20’s and I felt like I was the youngest by 10 years.

Beautiful property, stunning common room area with green walls and moody furniture. While I didn’t participate, many guests were quietly socializing.

The staff is very friendly, they let me leave my personal things before making the check-in and after making the checkout. The hostel is very central, and the view from the living room and rooms it's really beautiful. The beds are super comfy. They also have a terrace where you can sit and chill or just eating. They also have many bathrooms wich is great because you don't need to wait on people, some are just female and others are shared. The people here was respectful and didn't make noise during the night and in the morning. Thank you and I'll come back again 🥰

Nothing to complain about from my side as I loved this place, just a remark. The hostel has a vintage vibe so be aware that it's not new and fancy. The floor, stairs and beds can be squeaky and there can be things that are not "the best". I did not encounter any issues plus everything was clean!

The staff was amazingly helpful. They showed me the whole hostel while checking in, which every hostel should do, as so people would know where the facilities are (in most hostels I stayed in they didn't do that). They gave me recommendations for restaurants where to eat for lunch, brunch, dinner and for coffee and pastries and these recommendations were super good! Probably the best places in the area. They also showed me the places I could and should visit in Lagos, the nice beaches, the walking routes (everything on the map). They also gave me a towel and a locker together with the room key which I found very helpful. Plus the vibe of this hostel is super nice! A vintage vibe that I personally loved! The location is also good, in the centre of Lagos, close to the train station, the marina, but also the beaches and restaurants. You can also leave your things with them when checking out if you want to explore more from the area.

There was no privacy between the beds in the shared room. No curtain. That would be all I didn't like. The rest was incredible.

The staff were incredible. So helpful. It was very safe for female travellers solo. Kitchen was great. Location was awesome close to eve. The view from the roof was superb. Highly recommend

Shared bathroom on top floor was almost always covered in water because of leaking from the showers.

Central location, walkable to everything. Great rooftop and lots of common areas which made it easy to meet other people. Comfy beds and pillows. My room had air conditioning which was nice at night! The vibe of the hostel is very homey. Felipa and Sergio were both so kind and helpful.

I loved mostly everything. From the incredible staff to the facilities. I was in a room of 6 and felt less crowded than other times with 4. I can't say enough good things!
