The bath/shower was completely functional but it needs updating and should be replaced by a walk in shower that would be modern and suit those with any physical challenges. The kitchen needs updating - install an electric hob (we could not light the gas) and up to date appliances would be good. The toilet needs updating and replacing. The beds need new mattresses or replacing. The furniture is old and needs modernising. The cupboards are in need of painting and pictures are in need of cleaning. It was like going back 30 years. But it was very clean.

Outside beautiful and clean. Fab pool. The best staff - so friendly and accommodating. The architecture was wonderful. The landscaping gorgeous.

When renting a Villa for a week I would have expected a few extra items for example salt, pepper, washing up liquid, coffee filters, basic toiletries, dustpan and brush. The kitchen was starting to look a little tired.

Location was great 10 minutes from the Strip and 25 minutes from Old Town. The property was nice and clean, there was a maid coming in each day to clean. The pool area was nice to relax at

It is not that we didn't like it but I would say that for young people or those that are wanting to stay up late/ make noise before or after going out in Albufeira that this isn't the best option. It is relatively family orientated and thus there is an 23:00 sound curfew.

The location was brilliant as was a short walk to Albufeira strip and within walking distance of lots of restaurants too. The Uber service was super efficient and cheap so we were able to head into the Old town and to the beach (which you can also walk to depending on how you're feeling!). The pool facilities were great and quite quiet so it felt like we were staying in our own villa and the bedrooms are comfortable - the apartment overall being great value for money. Our particular space had a lovely outdoor balcony with a BBQ and table and chairs and others had gardens if they were on the ground floor. The cleanliness was brilliant and the air conditioning was very welcome after a day at the beach!

There is a responsibility to lock the entrance to the complex when leaving, thankfully this was not an issue for the group and the gate was always locked but those without gate keys could not gain access to the complex.

Great location, only 5min walk from the local strip. Only 2min walk to local supermarket. Lovely bungalows with very clean and spacious rooms. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and were very patient to a large group of guests. Nice rear garden space including useable BBQ. Reasonable sized pool. Adequate kitchen utensils and utilities to keep and prepare food.

We booked 2 apartments and 1 small villa but upon arrival we were upgraded to 2 villa's and an apartment. Host was super friendly and the place got cleaned every day we were there. We really enjoyed the BBQ's and the pool. Plus the location was perfect and close to everything. The pictures don't do this place any justice.

We walked to the very nice Praia dos Alemaes but unfortunately it was just a tad too far away in the heat. noise from the street.

Studio bigger than expected. It was also cleaned every day which we did not expect. Cute terrace. Friendly staff. Nice, relaxing pool. plenty of shops and restaurants within walming distance.

We had a very bad experience. We checked in and went in the town. When we were back, we want to go to sleep and surprisingly the pillows were not on the bed, but in the dressing. When we put the pillows on the bed, multiple bedbugs went out and it was horrible. We notified the reception, they said that they didn't know about something like this and is the first time when they see this. Also, the furniture was old including the beds, mattresses and the sofa's very bad and not maintained. At the shower, there was only one soap, also with poor quality. We left the property at 11 PM looking for another accomodation and we received the money back instantly for the 4 nights paid in advance.

Everything was absolutely amazing! The most private place I've ever been. Perfect location, close to shops and taxis. Pool was so clean, lemon trees in the garden, lots of flowers, quite Perfect to relax. I'll definitely will be back here. Its not a room, it's more like little private villa.

Had a great stay here and would highly recommend. The room and garden and the pool area were spacious and gorgeous. Staff were lovely and helped us with everything, making the whole process really easy. The location was great for us, nice and peaceful but had everything you need nearby. Supermarket 2 minutes walk away, the strip is close to walk and can also walk to the old town (but the uphill walk back is a bit of a killer!). Would definitely stay here again :)

If you wish to be close to the main bar street in Albufeira this is very close, however this was a negative for us.

Greeting by José who was so welcoming and wonderfully friendly. The room was massive and very comfortable. They cleaned our room daily and we came and went very easily.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. This property exceeded expectations. The host was exceptionally kind. Left us to enjoy our privacy, but extremely helpful when required.

Location was excellent. Easy walk to tourist spots, but also secluded and private for a real escape from the hustle and bustle. Everything you need is nearby, but you could also relax here and enjoy the pool and beautiful surroundings.
