There is nothing to do with the hotel, just worth mentioning that chinese restaurant the closest to the hotel is well to put it nicely very weird and bit pricey for the area so do with that info what you will.

All was great, close to public transport, staff very helpful, hotel room very well isolated so we couldn't hear other guests which is always a plus 😉 everywhere very clean, nice selection for breakfast.

sadly- shuttle to the airport didn't start running until 8am. Too late for our international flight at 9am. Location was puzzling. Such a great place but not near anything that we could figure.

Friendly and helpful staff, cute and charming decor in the lobby and room. Dinner was quirky and delicious.

The location was OK and close to the metro stop but it was a bit far from the old town. The only thing I did not like about my room was that there was a pretty intense scent when I walked in possibly from the laundry detergent they use.

This hotel was quite beautiful and modern. Everything was clean and spotless and they provided lots of little amenities. The shower was amazing and the bed was very comfy. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the shuttle to the airport was comfortable and timely. I ate dinner and breakfast there and both meals were very good. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. I would highly recommend.

Everything was excellent. I did not like the coffee at breakfast but that was only a small thing.

The Hotel was a gem!! Excellent young and friendly staff....every one of them were most helpful. Location of the Hotel was OK.... a little bit out from the center but just a 4 mins walk to the Metro and that was just 4 quick stops to the center. Breakfast at the Hotel was very good.. plenty of cold and hot options.

Only thing if I was being super picky is its on quite a main road which had some noisy points but nothing the hotel could do about this and I did know this before arriving after looking at Google maps. Just maybe worth considering if you are a particularly light sleeper

This hotel is a great little find - super helpful staff, clean tidy comfortable room and the shuttle service was great. 5 mins walk to the closest metro and restaurant on site if needed. The communication before my arrival was always quickly answered as well. Honestly could not say enough good things about this place

Just one suggestion, the shuttle did no go to city centre as airport trips get priority.

Staff was super friendly and assisted Breakfast very good and the french toast out of this world YUM!!! Rooms are spacious and beds ensure a good nights rest.

The hotel is located a little North of the old town, however, the hotel is very close to a metro stop & although we did not use it, the hotel offers a city shuttle

To begin, the airport pickup was great & seamless. We arrived at the hotel well before check-in & our room was not ready.so we dropped bags & with the advice of the hotel staff we headed in to the old town to explore. Upon our return the Hotel Jaguar, we retrieved our bags & headed up to our, upgraded, room. We got the most lovely surprise when we found sparkling wine on ice & balloons & hearts on the bed. we were so touched.

What a beautiful wee hotel. Loved the decor and the rooms were beautiful-decorated so well. I was only there for one night but would 100% recommend it and will definitely be returning to see Porto properly. The meal I had in the restaurant was one of the best meals Iv ever had! It is a 3-course for 28 euros and wow is it worth the money. Mango & cheese starter was utterly delicious followed by salmon with puréed cream spinach then tiramisu. Outstanding. The staff were super lovely and helpful. If you’re going to Porto-stay here! You’ll thank me for it!

Just one suggestion may be the hotel can vary the breakfast. It is difficult for people staying 4 to 5 nights to eat the same thing every day.

The location is a bit far from the center, but there is a metro 5 minutes from there. The room was a bit cold during the night, and the AC didn't work on heat. I guess it's just a faulty unit, or I didn't use it right

Really nice hotel! Very modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. I used the free shuttle service to the airport, which was also terrifc! They arranged a private car just for me and it was a Jaguar 😁 The price was very competitive as well. Ah, and they gave complementary fruits, water, and cookies.

Not a lot to dislike.

Although in the Bofim, northern part of Porto, the hotel was well located, just 5 minutes walk from Marques metro station with easy access downtown. Just around the corner is an excellent restaurant, Estrella do Lima. The hotel staff are generally young and welcoming. The small bar is well supported. The hotel restaurant offers a prix fixe daily choice, fish, meat or vegetarian of good quality. The free shuttle service to/from the airport is a bonus.

The property was clean and well appointed. The lobby area was fantastic. The room offered a newer bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff was outstanding and very welcoming. They spoke multiple languages which made communication super easy. The parking across the street was extremely convenient. The property was a couple of blocks from the Metro station which opened the opportunity to visit all the great locations Porto has to offer. I have already recommended this hotel to colleagues.

Not much about the room. The part that was mildly irritating to me was the way they bill. I came in, thought I had paid for the whole stay on the first day, but upon checkout, I’m informed I wasn’t charged for city tax or whatever. The night prior to checking out, I went down to the desk to pay for what I thought was the only bill to my room (breakfast). I did that because I had a super early flight and I just wanted to hand over my key and walk out. I even said it to the man as I was paying for the breakfast. That wasted time to settle a bill I thought was already paid was annoying.

The hotel and rooms were really posh, you can tell they put a lot of effort to ensure they keep their 4-stars rating. This was a touristic visit so we didn’t spend much time at the hotel, but it was quite comfortable when we were there. It was walking distance to a metro, just not a lot of restaurants in that neighborhood though.
