We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsWe had a very pleasant stay but the bathroom could need some renovation. There was a request not to use the bathtub in case of overflooding. But you do want to shower.
The location is perfect, close to the marina with the favourite icecreams, the beach, very central. We also like the Donna Amalia cake for breakfast! Our room was on the streetside what gave nice views. The lady at the reception give well-informed information. Better than the tourist office actually! It is also possible to rent a car here, but we did not know that beforehand. Airconditioned room.

PortugalThe only problem is that you have to pay for the parking of your car. The hotel does not have a car parking and we have to find a place nearby, which creates 2 problems: 1 - you have to pay while parked and 2 - finding a place may be troublesome and you might end up a bit far from the hotel.
The location is definitely a plus. You can basically walk everywhere and visit Angra without having to get your car or public transportation. Good facilities and the breakfast is better than expected.

CanadaParking was very difficult. We were lucky to be able to load and unload right outside the hotel. Otherwise, we had to park 750 metres away during drizzle.
Location for sightseeing and restaurants is good. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was fine.

United StatesThe hotel was almost never staffed, including during main business hours. We had to visit a different partner hotel next door to ask questions and to check in late.
The hotel is very conveniently located in the city of Angra and we were able to access everything easily by walking distance. When the staff was around, the customer support was also great. The first night we stayed at the hotel my husband couldn't sleep because of weird noises. We asked the front desk if we could move rooms and they upgraded us to the suite for no additional charge which was extremely generous of them. We were on our honeymoon and the staff also left us sparkling wine as a gift in our room.

FranceWalls in the room was falling apart a little. There was a huge step up for the shower. There was a window but the view sucked. But I came here to sleep only.
Good location in the center. Room was okay. It was basic. Breakfast was alright. A/C in the room was nice. There is a small desk for you to work. Wifi was good. Staff was nice. The cafe downstairs next door is awesome.
