The apartment wasn’t clean when we arrived at check in time. Although manager and other stuff reacted immediately, so that speeded up a but cleaning process but also brought to some new cleaning mistakes

The 4 flights of very steep stairs, with an extra flight up to the second bedroom, and no hand rails. While we appreciated the host company helping with the bags we still had to climb up and down the stairs several times each day. The bottom bedroom has glass doors onto the living room with no curtains.

Good size. Clean. Very well lit and the big doors on to the street gave lots of natural light. Small cobbled street with virtually no through traffic. Central with easy walking almost everywhere that we wanted to go. Good communication with host company. Someone from the host company came to help carry our bags up the 4 flights of stairs.

So small I had to sit sideways on the toilet. Apt was much pokier than I expected from the photos. No space to open a medium suitcase in the bedroom. Very bad soundproofing between levels - could hear every stomp upstairs. No window in the bedroom. Steep and narrow steps heading up inside the building, but fortunately I was on level 1. If you have mobility issues and have a heavy bag, this would be challenging.

Excellent location - extremely walkable. Well insulated from street noise. Close to Bairro Alto, Chiado and Baixa, but in a fairly peaceful street. Handy to have a washing machine. Very responsive and kind hosts, who offered a cleaning and complimentary brunch during my 5 day stay.

The stairs in the building were steep and the hallways were somewhat narrow, but we already knew so we were prepared. We suppose that is the norm in Lisboa, but it was not a big problem for us.

The location was excellent, close to all major tourist attractions, and a train station. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had about the city or the appartment. The brunch that they offered us was delicious. The appartment was modern, very comfortable and suitable for a large family. Having two bathrooms was also very useful.

The location was great, close to all points of interest in Old Town Lisbon. The host was always ready to respond to any questions very fast. The complimentary breakfast offer was a great gesture and quality of food excellent.

The staff is super nice and responds very quickly. There have been some hiccups in our room and the staff gave us immediate assistance. The location of the property is just amazing and you can reach the main attractions in just a few minutes.

The boiler is quite small, requiring us to wait between showers for enough hot water. The air conditioning was also faulty, with a broken mechanism for expelling hot air.

The property was clean and conveniently located. We also enjoyed a complimentary brunch at an amazing restaurant provided by the property.

The stairs!!! We got a free upgrade to the highest room and lugging our bags up extremely narrow stairs and about five flights up was not enjoyable. The bed was also very tiny and the bedding needed an upgrade.

The apartment smells really bad, like sewers . Is too small, you cannot even open your luggage. It’s the fourth floor and the stairs are very narrow.

Unfortunately we had a couple of issues. First of all we asked to check in early, but they told us that 3pm is the earliest and that they would try to have the room done sooner. When we arrived at quarter past three they just started to clean so we had to wait for one more hour. Which is fine, just let us know in advance. Second thing was that we asked for more towels since they only gave us one set of towels for two people. Also we were only given one capsule for the coffee machine. After asking for those things it took three more days for them to arrive. We also asked for them to leave them at the door because we don’t like other people in our space. But they came into the room and cleaned everything whilst our stuff was lying around. Last thing we didn’t enjoy was them texting and even calling us on a regular basis. I think it’s good to have a good customer service, but sending a couple of messages at the beginning of our stay is more than enough. It is also very noisy, but they do say that in advance, so alright for us.

The location of the property was great. It‘s right in the city centre and everything is in a walkable distance. The apartment was clean and the staff was friendly. The free brunch was also very nice.

The apartment is small and pretty minimal for 2 people, especially the bathroom. The stairs to get up were pretty tight.

Amazing location, close to everything. Just a few steps from a lovely square and stairs to Rossio train station resturants and everything else. Great communication with host, and they were always available to help.

The access to the apartment in the building is through very steep staircase. We managed, but FYI. The shower was fine, but a little bit tight. The apartment could have been a little cleaner.

The staff was really responsive and nice, they offered us a free brunch and helped us a lot. The location of the apartment is great, in a quiet street, and the apartment has excellent sound proofing.
