The apartment smells really bad, like sewers . Is too small, you cannot even open your luggage. It’s the fourth floor and the stairs are very narrow.

Unfortunately we had a couple of issues. First of all we asked to check in early, but they told us that 3pm is the earliest and that they would try to have the room done sooner. When we arrived at quarter past three they just started to clean so we had to wait for one more hour. Which is fine, just let us know in advance. Second thing was that we asked for more towels since they only gave us one set of towels for two people. Also we were only given one capsule for the coffee machine. After asking for those things it took three more days for them to arrive. We also asked for them to leave them at the door because we don’t like other people in our space. But they came into the room and cleaned everything whilst our stuff was lying around. Last thing we didn’t enjoy was them texting and even calling us on a regular basis. I think it’s good to have a good customer service, but sending a couple of messages at the beginning of our stay is more than enough. It is also very noisy, but they do say that in advance, so alright for us.

The location of the property was great. It‘s right in the city centre and everything is in a walkable distance. The apartment was clean and the staff was friendly. The free brunch was also very nice.

The apartment is small and pretty minimal for 2 people, especially the bathroom. The stairs to get up were pretty tight.

Amazing location, close to everything. Just a few steps from a lovely square and stairs to Rossio train station resturants and everything else. Great communication with host, and they were always available to help.

The access to the apartment in the building is through very steep staircase. We managed, but FYI. The shower was fine, but a little bit tight. The apartment could have been a little cleaner.

The staff was really responsive and nice, they offered us a free brunch and helped us a lot. The location of the apartment is great, in a quiet street, and the apartment has excellent sound proofing.

The bathrooms had a ‘sewagy’ smell at some times during our stay, which was unpleasent and got into the rest of the apartment if the bathroom doors were left open.

The location was perfect. The rooms were very spacious (we were 4 people staying here) and there were two nice bathrooms. We were also offered a complimentary brunch by the host and the host was very friendly overall! Also the airconditioning units worked well and were very helpfull with the warm weather.

Climbing up the narrow stairs with suitcases was a bit challenging. The bed is adjacent to the wall, so it is harder for the person sleeping next to it to get up at night (if needed).

The stairs are very uncomfortable. We stayed in ap no. 7, which is located on the third floor. There was a bad smell in the bathroom. They don't provide slippers.

On booking, we were offered ground level room, but were given a 2nd level room as we arrived. The stairway is narrow and steep. Fortunately, we were fit enough to cope. The shower cabin is small for taller people.

The location is near all type of public transportation stations and tourist spots. The hotel is also in a quiet & safe neighbourhood. The room is clean & well equipped with kicken & washing machine. Everything works. We were offered a complimentary brunch at hygge Kaffe. Unfortunately, we did not find a convenient time to take up. During our stay, the team used WhatsApp messages to communicate with us, very warm and convenient. We enjoyed our time.

My only small complaint was that on my first evening I had some noisy neighbours, though the rest of the stay improved after they left.

The location was excellent, easy walking distance to metro stops and train station. Lots of great cafe's/bars/restaurants nearby. Accessing the property with a security code made it so easy to access the property on arrival. The hosts were easily contactable via WhatsApp as well. And the complimentary brunch at Hygge cafe was delicious and a lovely treat.

The place didn't match the pictures shown on the website, we expected to have a bigger and brighter place. Also, the walls are very thin and you could hear all the other guests in the adjacent apartments. However, we didn't spend too much time in the apartment so overall these things weren't a big issue. We appreciated more the fact that the service was great and the location perfect.

The location is PERFECT for exploring Lisbon, it's right in the heart of the city in one of the prettiest neighbourhoods, but on a quiet street, close to Rossio station (great to move by walking around the city and to go to Sintra). The apartment was essential but with all the necessary to stay a couple of days in the city. The host is great, and the instructions to get to and into the property were clear and given on time. Also, they were always reachable by message in minutes, so we are delighted about the service provided.

- we've had some problems with the hair dryer and heater, neither of these worked, but they managed to change them within the next day - they are kind of preparing you for the trips in Lisbon, it is a little bit challenging to climb the stairs of the building, it was not a problem after all but, worth mentioning imo.

- location was perfect, in a quiet area and easy to get - the apartment was cozy and beautiful - they respond very fast on booking and whatsapp, resolving your problem as fast as they could - I really loved that there is no key, they communicate the entrance code and the apartment code via booking and you do not have to be careful with the keys - their brunch spot (Hygge Kaffe) it is also wonderful and you should go there 100%
