The pool was too cold to swim in. The rooms are quite cozy so nowhere to unpack clothes.

Great location however still nice and quiet. Fun design with lovely outside area and small but comfortable bedroom. Good coffee machine in the room. Nice selection of wines and food, both breakfast and dinner, was very good.

I leave Lisbon feeling a little smug with my choice of hotel. I cannot find fault. It was excellent! The location was so so good. Close to the city centre with everything we needed within walking distance. The hotel itself has a lot of character. We had a lovely room on the 1st floor with a little terrace area. The staff are some of the best I have come across. They couldn’t do enough for you. It was so nice to have the use of a pool which provided a lovely spot to relax after long days walking around. Thank you Hotel Hotel.

Breakfast - lots of options available (and very good ones too), however you have to order many of them from the staff. The buffet offers fruit, yoghurt, bread, cheese, and water and juice options. Coffee is to be ordered. The staff are taking their time to get everything prepared despite the restaurant (and the hotel in general) not being super big. One day we only had 25 minutes for breakfast due to a morning trip we had booked and the restaurant team couldn't organise themselves to take our (simple) order and prepare it in time, not even our coffee! I don't see this as a business hotel despite the central location. More for tourists with plenty of time. Also in June there are lots of local celebrations in Lisbon including temporary street food areas on some of the squares. One such area nearby would play live music until midnight and the sound somehow gets amplified by the buildings around to the extent that you have a live concert in your hotel room unless you close all windows. With closed windows - you would still hear it but not that bad.

Attentive and helpful staff, great location, new, modern facilities with clean design, impressive garden with swimming pool (rather cold water though), nice restaurant - international cuisine.

Parking problems. When you come back in the evening on Friday and Saturday, not a chance to park within reasonable distance from the hotel. All parking lots including underground are full

On the first night, there was a low frequency irritating noise which proved to be from the kitchen ventilation.After we notified reception, issue was resolved in 15 min.

The relaxed atmosphere in the hotel where reception, bar, breakfast/diner area and pool naturally came together. A lot of hotels market themselves as boutique hotel, but this one truly is. At checkin we were offered welcome drinks and some Lisbon treats. Excellent choice at breakfast and very good quality at dinner with regular live music. We got an upgrade for the room with was amazing.

The only thing I didn't like was the room fragrance that the hotel sprays in the lobby and corridors. It's just a little over the top, but I'm also sensitive to odours.

The hotel is beautifully designed, the beds extremely comfortable, the breakfast delicious and the staff very friendly. It is pleasantly quiet despite the location. Would recommend it to others.

We could have used a big chair in the room - to read and relax. But our room was just a bit too small to fit an extra piece of furniture

Super friendly staff - relaxed and so helpful. Small snacks and a glass of port or bubbles in the afternoon. A tote in our room with water and müsli bars for our city hike. Breakfast menu fantastic! Ambience with designer details and intimate corners to stay and digest the impressions from outside the hotel. All these carefully orchestrated details totally made our stay. PS Room 102 and 104 have the bigger terraces. We stayed in 103 - private terrace is highly recommended - a small oasis above the central oasis of the hotel
