Soundproofing between rooms is really quite poor. We needed to have an early night to catch an early flight the next morning but people in an adjacent room were talking and laughing and it could be heard quite clearly in our room. I would however commend the reception staff as I phoned and asked if you could ask the room to be more considerate, they did promptly and effectively.

The hotel is in a great location around the corner from the park. Nearby are many other much more expensive hotels. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a small but well-stocked and varied buffet. Each time we returned to or were leaving the hotel we would top up on the fresh fruit/herb infused water available at reception - the infusions varied each day. And did I mention there's FREE Portuguese tarts in reception most of the time too? That alone is a reason to stay here ;)

Our second morning at breakfast there appeared to be a problem with one of the coffee machines, this created longer lines at remaining machines.

Our room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The room was quiet even though hotel is located on busy street. The beds were comfortable and an extra pillow was available in the closet. The hotel was centrally located near Marques de Pombal, the Park, Hop on Hop Off bus stop and near a Metro station. There are restaurants and cafe's within easy walking distance. Breakfast was buffet style and there was ample choice which included fruit, yogurt, breads/pasteries, bacon, cheese and meat platter, pancakes and eggs.

Staff doing breakfast seemed to be working exceptionally hard to cope with the number of people for breakfast so maybe a few more staff at that time in the restaurant. Lifts are quite small so you can only get a couple of people in plus luggage but it wasn't a massive issue and we never had to wait very long.

Lovely staff, very friendly and seemed genuinely pleased to talk to you. Rooms are a decent size with plenty of storage for your bags. Great location, about 5 minutes walk from Parque Station on the blue line so easy to reach from airport and get around Lisbon. Also plenty of cafes and bars nearby. There are also shops nearby if you want snacks. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice. Would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast was not great unfortunately- limited selection and most of the warm items were cold. Not much variety and it was basically the same both mornings we were there.

Clean and spacious room. Beds were comfortable and the air con was working really well. The staff were absolutely lovely and kind and welcoming. Great location with access to two metro stations and lots of places to get food from. They were kind enough to let us leave our luggage both pre check in and post check out. Bathroom was clean and large with a great shower.

The room was OK, but could use more space for clothes, such as a wall hanger for coats. The open closet is tiny, maybe good for one person in the summer. An extra chair or stool would be nice, too.

Great location, near a huge underground parking, where we left our car for a couple of days. Restaurants and caffes within walking distance. A very good breakfast selection, many savory and sweet options. Reception staff very helpful.

It's a big building and needs more elevators because of the high volume of people in the morning. Also, we had some issues with accessing the hotel during the night of the Sporting celebrations, but the hotel is not to be blamed! Always park your car in the parking next to the hotel! The signs around the hotel forbid parking and are all in portuguese, don't make the same mistake as us or you will get a big big fine.

The hotel was located in the best neighborhood in Lisbon, but a bit far from the sea and the central locations. The room was very spaceous and the breakfast was nice with a variety of goods even for us greeks that eat sweets in the morning.
