Hotel charged for a beach sun lounger

Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Room was comfortable and clean. Easy to get to Lisbon via Uber

The pool area is quite small for the size of the hotel.

The location directly at the beach and near the main part of the town. It’s been updated and is clean and comfortable. The rooftop cocktail hour is nice but they need to post more signs so people know about it.

No tea/coffee in room - would have expected this for the price. The hotel seemed quite full and therefore noisy so interrupted sleep both at night and early morning.

The Internet connection continues to be very poor indeed. Breakfast has declined a bit in quality.

The Staff continue to be a great asset..Reception staff and especially Raquel & Rute at the Pool Side Bar. Chambermaids also continue to be very nice and professional

My room 502 was facing 2 bars very noisy till late hours I ask for a shower not a bath I had problems getting into bath

The outside kerb appeal is very bad, the local government need to work on this, they could do so much better....

We weren’t unhappy with anything, the room was very basic but did the job.

We were happy to have the ocean facing patio and to hear the waves at night. Nice location across the street Fruin the beach, plenty of restaurants to choose from both at y the hotel and within walking distance. The on site spa was a pleasant surprise.

It's a bit expensive and the lobby lounge is confortable but the décor is a bit dated. Sometimes it was very crowded in the lounge area and in the buffet room, but a very well prepared staff managed to keep everything flowing.

Spacious and confortable room, with a lovely balcony and a great view. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and dinner buffet, with fresh products and variety. Nice terrace and swimming pool. Great location!

Rooftop bar was closed. And there was no pre-warning about it. This was annoying as this was one of the reasons we booked the hotel. Bar was expensive.

I paid extra for a sea view, only on arrival to discover that my sea view was a lateral sea view ( l should have paid more attention when booking this accommodation). We were on the sixth floor and l had to go to the edge of the balcony railing to get my sea view, which would have been ok if l didn’t fear heights.

We had booked a junior suite which was very spacious and comfortable. with a good sized balcony. The staff on reception and, in particular in the bar/room service were very helpful. Racquel arranged drinks and food for a small family gathering to celebrate a birthday. The pool area was very well kept. Breakfast was a buffet and there was plenty of choice. Snacks on the terrace were excellent. We were driving and free parking was available in front of the hotel.

There needs to be improvement in the quality and quantity of the complimentary toiletries provided for guests.In addition the cleaning staff are inconsistent and in need of supervision.

The hotel is is ideally located on the beach and in close proximity to excellent restaurants. I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful.In addition the public areas of the hotel are well appointed and comfortable.

Loved the restaurant on the 8th floor. Fabulous view, superb view and our waiter was so knowledgeable.our room was huge and extremely comfortable and well appointed.

For me it was a very comfortable position, but if you are planning to go to Lisbon often it might not be the best choice since the centre is not very near by.

The hotel is rather nice with big and comfortable rooms. There is a buffet breakfast with many items (strangely vegetables are missing). It is just in front of a beach and there are many restaurants/bars near by.

We had our dinner at the restaurant in the 8th floor of the hotel and I had a fantastic experience. The food was in the level of Michelin Star restaurant, thanks Chef Ana Rita for the food, your dessert blew our minds. The waiter Gonçalves very friendly with excellent knowledge in the food and wine. He made us welcome from the beginning to the end. Now ... Eat seeing the sunset through the window is unforgettable.
