The pool was very crowded and you can only get a chair actually you pool if you come at eight in the morning. The food was not amazing and there were not many vegetarian options.

A very small criticism, the big plates supplied for hot food were cold to the touch. In other hotels the plates for hot food are pre-heated.

I liked the location, the choice and quality of the food, the staff and the facilities.

The bathroom had mold in the corners of the bath. Hand rail loose. More side entertainment would be great.

The hotel was in a GREAT location rate opossite the beach, perfect for our family. The hotel pool was also a family favourite but the sun beds run out quickly so you have to get there for 10am. The breakfast was great soo much to choose from even my little boy loved it. We ordered lunch by the pool pizza, toasties & burger and chips all tasted great. Very fresh!!! The rooms where simple but clean. A bit worn the bathroom, towel rail the loose. The facilities were great, gym,pool,bar. We didn't use the spa. Children's club. The staff where friendy an accomodating.

There wasn’t too many seats at the pool and sometime was complicated finding a place there.

The best thing for us was the location, as it is in the beachfront and our room was facing the sea. It was a first floor but still we could see it from our room.

If you like to explore the old town (Lisbon or Sintra), then the hotel might be a bit far away (it is on the other side of Lisbon). Credit card is not always accepted, check first before you buy or order anything. Otherwise bring some cash (TBH, those small euro coins are not very user friendly). Language might be a barrier but you will survive if you know how Google Translator is working.

The hotel location is great; beach is just a few steps away; bars, shops, supermarkets and restaurants are all in walking distance. There are also a couple of bus stops nearby, so you can take the public transportation when you have to (2.6 EUR on bus, and it takes only cash; credit card is not accepted). Taxi is difficult to get but Uber is everywhere (You need to know how to use it of course). BTW, there is a 'Navegante Card' issued by Metropolitano de Lisboa, so you can deposit some money and use it on all public transportation at a certain discount. You do not need any ID thing to buy/recharge your Navegante Card. But, plan well in advance, as they do not give you back the unused money.

The pool was a little small and opened up at 10:00 am. The breakfast needs improvement, offering a larger selection of food and fresh fruit and vegetables. The rooms should be equipped with a coffee machine like any other 4* hotels. And the balcony should have a table to accompany the chairs.

Not enough sunbeds round the pool for the amount of people there were in the hotel. Buffet breakfast was really nice but again very overcrowded at peak time - could do with bigger space for both breakfast and pool.

Breakfast area - can be an assault on the senses at peak times, was very busy and loud . Room view looked out onto residential building, and was opposite a noisy bar .

Room decor is very bland. Tea and coffee in the room would have been welcome. Lack of cushions on the bali beds and sun loungers.

Great staff, especially Pedro. The buffet breakfast had a taste for everyone. Great location with good restaurants nearby and the centre of Lisbon is only 25 mins away.

The noise from the bar and the view from our room.

The room itself was comfortable and cleaned daily, however there was noise from the Mojito bar downstairs to 3am each night which disturbed our sleep. The hotel was close to many restaurants within walking distance

The buffet style breakfast had a wide variety of breakfast dishes to choose from with an omelette chef station. The gym, sauna and steam room facilities were very good and clean and there is also an ice bath.

It was slightly disappointing as we tried to order room service 3 or 4 times through our stay and the phone just rang and rang. The lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room I thought was a bit disappointing as we’ve had these for less expensive rooms. The view was good for an ocean view although we were directly above the pool and the late night entertainment so didn’t have much peace and quiet.

It was great location and great cleanliness. The hotel had great facilities and the staff at the bars were super helpful. We had dinner on our last night in the top floor restaurant and it was amazing food and service!

The pool area is quite small for the size of the hotel. Separate beach towels should be available. Sunset bar with music should be more well advertised in the hotel as it is a beautiful view and the DJs are great but very few know it is available

The location is great and the rooms are nice. Breakfast is good but the availability to use the 8th floor option should be made more known as the ground floor is very crowded with children and noise.
