no ventilation in washroom. You might have to either open windows and doors for air exchange or you can smell out your own. We stayed only for 2 nights so that was not much of a issue for us cuz we used to spend time outside of the room so that room and washroom gets enough air exchange.

Nice and peaceful locality,.nearby beach and adventure place. Nice host, clean place and great breakfast.

Lack of facilities, barely a breakfast, non-functioning vending machines for late night snacking, glass bathroom door does not leave much to the imagination when pooping with a partner in the room. No extractor fan.

There is no soundproof wall, so in the morning or at the night we could hear everything and everyone around us.

People treated us nicely, always helpful and respectful, everything was organised, it was really clean in the common areas, access easily to the pool, they provided The bathrobes as well. We ended up 2 hours earlier and they gave us the room as soon as it was cleaned. The room had balcony as well, closer to the beach.

Bathroom smell was awful, had to close the bathroom door at all times. Smelt like the sewers now and then.

The bed was so comfortable, one of the best if not the best bed I have ever slept in.

Beautiful room. Biggest bed I’ve ever seen and super comfortable. Free coffee available which was delicious. Staff were really helpful and let us check in early. Really powerful hot shower. Room opened straight onto the pool area which was wonderful. Beach towels available for free with a returnable deposit.

Bar area was to small with minimum variety but what I didn't like was that there was no ventilation and as it was raining the first day there was so much condensation that everthing got wet and it smelled like damp the remaining days.

We wasted time looking for the 'Urban Hotel' before learning Urban is the name of the parent group and not indicated outside the hotel.

Lovely small and spotlessly clean modern hotel. Our ground floor room overlooked the pool with access to the terrace.

The only "problem" we have had is that the room is too humid. We take a shower and the whole room is humid constantly. We have stayed in a couple of different rooms and had the same issue. Of course this was out of summer. During the summer, just open the door and let the room dry out.

Very clean, beds are very comfortable, we love that there are 2 types of pillows as I like them hard and my fiancé prefers them soft.

The room was very small just a door bed and bathroom we asked to move but stayed in the same room in the end as we only stayed 3 nights.

Good location to Alos de Agua, Santa Eulalia beach and Albufeira bars, cafes and restaurants. Good TV and clean room

The room could’ve had slippers for quests. Could also have the basic hotel basics (small kettle with tea/coffee and refreshments) usually available in 3+ star hotels.

The location is beautiful both in the day and at night. Beautiful view from the top floor terrace. And beautiful view from the balcony and pool. 5min walk to the beach and lots to explore there. Climbing and beach rocks - lovely. There was staff available anytime. Helpful and friendly.

A few restaurants within 5 mins walking distance but a 15min walk to Santa Eulalia and more shops and restaurants.

Good value compared to Albufeira centre. 5-10min level walk to nearest beach. Has small Pool and rooftop solarium. Nearby golf complex.
