Not very well cleaned in our first contact and it remained the same at the middle of the week. The apartment stairs were quite steep, not very easy for older people

Excellent location. Right on the middle of Setúbal main street. Despite all the bars and restaurants around it was quite easy to rest at night. The small apartment as all you need to a peacefull and restfull week with nearby transportation to take you the best beaches in Arrabida and Troia peninsula. The air conditioned unit is quite welcomed in the summer heat. The kitchnett is well equiped with a freezer, a microwave oven and a induction plate. Quite good bathroom with a very good sized shower

The communication with the host wasn't the best. They didn't speak English and didn't reply to messages (we were enquiring about early check-in and sent messages through 3 different channels). The bed was uncomfortable, as were the pillows. Our apartment had a kitchen, but the kitchen had no cutting board nor kitchen knives. We had to cut the ingredients for our food with butter knives, which wasn't the best.

The room was located above a bar, that was really noisy in morning time (8:20am loud music from the caffe/bar, when is only allowed to make noise from 9am to 10pm, legally). Also, on a Sunday evening, you could listen the music until 11:30pm. I looked forward to rest, but was quite impossible due to the noise. I spoke with the management regarding this and they offered to move me to another room but after that I didn’t got more answers. I believe if they invest in sound proofing would be a better experience for the guests. They should provide toilet amenities, as is not available at this property. Also the AC wasn’t working on the heating mode, and I had to use the blankets provided on the wardrobe. Apart from that, I don’t have anything to say.

Entrance door was too small and possible to break very easy. Main apartment door remained open number of times so it was unsafe. Bathroom is too small and shower area was minimilistic. Cant even rub your back without hurting oneself against walls. A big step in front of toilet seat (with no marking on floor) which leads to falls inside the bathroom. Water from sink tap was iiregular. Worst of all.... Airco was installed in Kitchen facing the induction plate. It should be in Bedroom....normally. Also in dining area floor was uneven with no markings. Small closet for clother had a completly broken handle and the door remained open all the time. Bed was too small for two adults. Apart from that it was not worth the money. 155 euros for 2 nights for 2 persons.

Only good thing about this apartment was its location and cleaniness.

Check-in experience. Host availability for early check in or late check out. Feedback after hosting regarding forgotten items (no reply). It's a money machine, without caring about guest experience. Guy that does cleaning of sheets asked me to leave apartment to change sheets (i could perfectly stay at kitchen). Ended up dismissing service.

Note of caution: the stairs are very steepish and narrow. Someone who isn't fit and has heavy luggage should consider plan for hel in advance.

The apartment has everything you need and it's located right in the middle of downtown. Very convenient location. Easiest ever check-in and check-out.
