Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomSecond time staying and wasn't disappointed, apartment smelled really clean and also looked clean too! Has everything you need for a peaceful stay especially with 2 children we could cook for them wash there clothes, there's also a smart TV which our 3 year old very much appreciated, also a children's park about a 15 second walk away!

GermanyThere is a kindergarten next to the apartment and the windows aren’t soundproof, you will get to hear the children voices along with other traffic sounds in the morning.
The apartment has its own parking and the location is also quite nearer to the city. If you want to avoid Lisbon traffic you can park your car here and get yourself a taxi, which is btw quite more cheaper than other EU countries. There was a homemade cake along with other basic necessities upon our arrival, which was very kind and the cake tastes absolutely delicious 😋

DenmarkApartment is located on a ground level, so there is no really view from windows, we have kept curtains closed more less all the time, but we were aware of that, so not really considered as an issue.
Perfect apartment to spend a couple of days in Lisbon. Clean, enough kitchen tools, plates and cutleries, comfortable, we liked it. Next time we consider to stay there again.

SpainNothing really : ). I would just only remind other guests that the apartment is a bit far from Lisbon. You have to take some kind of transport if you want to move around. But we already knew it beforehand, so it wasn't a issue for us. Instead, we gained a calm and comfortable apartment to rest. At the end, it was a win for us.
I would like to thank our hostess again. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived quite late at her apartment. Fortunately, she kept in touch, waited for us and treated us very kindly. The apartment was in great condition, and our visit was quite enjoyable. I would recommend it without a doubt.

The apartment is very nice (just like in the pictures) and it has everything needed (big fridge, oven, microwave, etc) The bed was comfortable. The owner was helpful and she lives upstairs in case of need. There is a parking space behind the building reserved for the guests. Easy to get there by car.

ItalyThe apartment was really ok to us but Alfragide is not a place for tourism and we were there basically just for sleeping. The area seems to be not recommend because of its desolation at night. Anyway, 0 problems.
The flat was booked because I and some friends were on vacation for a few days. We never stayed in Portugal, but Alfragide is just 10-15 minutes from Benfica and the center. Anyway, for the price the position is fantastic. Once we get to the flat, we were astonished. The kitchen was beautiful and it has everything you need for a short-medium stay. Everything was clean and tidy. The landlord is so nice! She doesn't speak English a lot but we were able to communicate anyway. We forgot the keys inside the house and she came to us with a huge smile to open the door. So appreciated!

South AfricaThe location is just a bit far out if you want to visit Lisbon a lot. Saying that, it's actually only a 10-20 minute drive (depending where in the city you go) so not a huge issue. The key to get into the building is also really tricky - make sure to ask the host to show you the trick to opening the door (we had to call her at 1am on our first night as we couldn't get in, luckily they live upstairs).
The apartment is lovely and modern. It was clean and very comfortable for a long stay (we stayed for two weeks). The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for cooking. The hosts live upstairs and were helpful with anything we needed.

Czech RepublicIt is hard to meet the level of cleanness that we have at home - our 8 month old kid got quickly dirty after crawling on the floor but from adult's perspective the room was very clean.
Family-like approach, everything went well, instructions were perfect. There was even a crib ready for our baby without our request and for free.
