Room was very clean and serviced each day with clean towels. The close proximity to the Sanctuary and other pilgrimage sites. with it only being a short walk. Host family were very hospitable and helpful during stay.

- The hotel's car park is not suitable for long cars - The door's soundproofing needs to be improved. We could hear another guest speaking very loudly on the phone. If it were not because of this, this hotel would have gotten a "10"

- Geographical situation: right in the city center, close to all restaurants and 300m from the Cathedral - The receptionnist was very, very nice and helpful - It was very clean - The bed was very comfortable - It was very quiet, with a view towards an inner courtyard

The room is cold as the heating system seems to be turned off during the day and not very efficient during the nights. We had to use all blankets available and still felt cold.

The staff is very polite and helpful, the room and building are clean and well maintened.

This is a lovely place to stay. It's close to The Santuary and the bus station and several nice restaurants a few yards away. The Landlady and her Daughter were very nice and friendly 😊.

The only downside is the lack of breakfast. If they set up 2 small tables in the gift shop and coffee and croissant in the morning, that could ne great.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, althogh don't speak English. The location is just super - 5-7 min to the central square and the same to the bus station. Linen change every day. Great hotel!

We booked too rooms. Room 202 has nice view however we couldn’t connect with wifi (we tried to open the door hopefully to get wifi from the hotspot from the next door but still it didn’t work so we had to go to room 205 which has great wifi connection (but doesn’t have nice window view). I gave feedback to the owner and she said she would fix the issue so hopefully next customers would be even more sastify!

The location is great, with plenty of restaurants next door and right in front of santuario of Fatima. Despite of the rain, we didn’t have trouble because we could walk under little patios along the little distance to the shrine, back and forth multiple times during the stay. The hotel is very clean, the mattresses are highly comfortable, the pillows are ok, good shampoos and gel bath. Hospedaria really is super with hospitality. We forgot a nice water holder after checkout and the owner kept it there readily to give it back to us, smiley (all the time, very nice). She spoke good English. Her mom isn’t speaking English but super sweet smiley kind gestures. After checked out we went into their beautiful shop which carries various gifts, highly affordable compared with other surrounding ones. Her mom even gave each of a gift from her shop, and even discounts! We definitely recommend staying here!
