Convenience to airport, staff were lovely, rooms comfortable and clean. What’s not to like! We arrived on a late flight, so great overnight stop and pick up hire car the next day.

Location is great for the airport but that is about it.

We had a slight hiccup with the Aircon but nothing that can't be fixed easily.

This hotel is an absolute gem. It's not close to Faro if you are looking to walk into town but if you need an airport stay or a one nighter which we did as we went to Faro beach the next day it's perfect. Large rooms, very clean, free WiFi, great breakfast selection and friendly staff. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

We only stayed for one night so I don’t see anything that was bad however we did struggle to get a Uber from this hotel.

Rooms were really big and spacious, close to the airport, small and clean swimming pool. We didn’t use the restaurant but it was packed and all the tables were occupied when we returned therefore I can only guess the food and service was good. Andrea from the reception was very professional and helpful and also helped us book a taxi to airport.

Clean rooms. Fantastic breakfast. We had left luggage in the taxi, and the reception staff were exceptionally helpful in getting it back

Nothing, liked everything.

We loved how clean and comfortable the room was, and felt very premium too. Also being close to the airport was great and the restaurant made great chicken.

Lack of food options. Wouldn't rate the restaurant. A vending machine would be good even to get drinks crisps etc

Large room with comfortable beds to sleep family of 4. Breakfast was great. Pool looked lovely although we weren't there long enough to try it - only 1 night with late arrival and early check out. Would stay again and recommend.

We arrived late in the evening and needed a place to stay close to the airport as we were to pick up a car at the airport the next day. This place was perfect for this purpose.

This is a convenient, clean location for travel to or out of the airport. It is reasonably priced. The room even had a bathtub! The best part is the chicken in the restaurant which is a destination for the local population.

It was very clean, rooms and bathrooms are a good size. The small pool and area was a nice addition. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Close to airport which was ideal as we had an early flight. We ate in the restaurant and the food was amazing.

Be prepared for dated decor, but perfectly pleasant none the less.

Would be great to have an Airport Shuttle as the Taxi Driver at the airport was very upset and rude that i was travelling such a short distance...

Unfortunately some very noisy families where outside our room, being very inconsiderate and noisy until gone 11pm

1 of the blinders was not working, they told us that it would be fixed the next day. Never heard anything anymore... -There were ants in kitchen, so we found oud late that we should have kept the food in the oven/freezer to be protected. -They put chemicals in the swimming pool, and notified us late, so my mother was already swimming when a neighbour told us we could not use it for some hours...

Amazing location and apartment. Apartment was very big and in the city center. Also close to 2 bakeries and a supermarket. It was very hot outside, but the air-conditioning was working everywhere. Swimming pool was also a very good addition to our stay!

No complaints

The location is near airport but not in the tourist destination but can easily reach the old town by Uber. The rooms are big and have comfortable bed. The staff went out of his way to find an adapter for my UK plugs. The breakfast is near pool area and have good options.
