location is walking distance from the train station, quiet and really comfortable with access to nearby restaurants and terraces. the boudoir space is great for having a smoke or simply enjoying the fresh air

We booked the room for 3 and it was a little smaller than expected. But still not bad at all.

Amazing location, very clean, well set up kitchen- more than just basic available for use. Very cute back patio space with a lemon tree that we used to make fresh lemonade!

Humidity as in the old building. But there is an air freshner in the room.

The property was very clean, quaint, and tastefully decorated. The washing machine was a welcome surprise and the drying rack outside made getting our laundry done quick and painless. The terrace was a gorgeous space to relax in at the end of the day complete with a lemon tree! They even had netflix avaliable! The location is brilliant - within 3mins of the train, busses, small market, and restaurants (in a variety of price ranges).

Missing a bit of light in the room (two windows facing walls) but for the price it’s ok.

Self checkin was easy, room was good, bathroom was great and location is excellent.

Beds were very hard and squeaky. You could hear lots of noise from floor above and rooms smelt a little odd. The door to outside was unfortunately broken when we were there so we couldn’t dry the clothes we washed or get to the courtyard. No major problems though.

Property was pretty great. You get what you pay for, but the bathrooms are lovely and modern, kitchen well equipt.

I liked the responsive host, the fast Internet, the kitchen, the location. The showers were very clean. The train station is really around the corner. I felt very good and will book the same place again next time.

Nice location, it was wonderful to have a kitchen and terrace! The rooms are clean, but sadly we have a very small room with a small window too high, up to the ceiling, and we didn't't have enough daylight and couldn't open it to have fresh air. Everything else was good!

We didn't really have sunlight in the room cause the window was almost blocked by the wall, but other than that, all good!

The staff I talked with on the messenger was super helpful, even though we didn't see any staff until we checked out, we didn't have any problems checking in, finding things... etc. She explained all the details very well and whenever we had questions she responded quickly. Everything was clean and great value for money.

The curtains were very thin so it got light, also the noise from the rain was very loud which was strange when the windows were closed.

The host was very accomodating to our changing plans and allowing us to store luggage before check in. The kitchen was useful. The room was large and had a very good shower.

It exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable, with a fair price and excelent location. The kitchen is also very nice. Check in is entirely autonomous, but they answer questions very fast and are really friendly. No complains.

Such a great place to stay! I stayed for 2 nights and I had the best sleep. It is well located and also very quiet. I used the kitchen that is well equipped and also did some laundry which was much appreciated. The owner is also lovely to communicate with and the indications to have access are very clear. The bathroom was super clean and the room also 🙏🏼 I do recommend

The hotel entrance is a side entrance of the building located at the middle of a slope down road. The hotel signboard is too small. You may miss it and not very sure where the main entrance is for the first time.

Location. This hotel is located in the city centre of Sintra. Very convenient to take a public transport to the tourist attractions. The hotel provides a shared kitchen and 3 shared bathrooms. Very clean hotel. The owners are very friendly.
