We did not mind it can get noisy at night, we knew this would be due to the incredibly central location. But having a shower at 8 am, we did expect at least some hot water but it seems other got up early. The guesthouse should upgrade the bomba to increase hot water capacity.

Loved how big and comfortable the room was. Very clean, everything down to kettle and fridge was there (fin the closet). The corner room offered us the best view to people watch on the street below with a constant of new walkers by. It was fascinating.

The door has a touchscreen key pad, which doesn't allow us lock it from the inside. The floor mat was soaked. In the check-in message we were told to remove the rubbish and put in the bin containers in the street. They said bag could be provided for it, but in the morning, nobody was at the reception.

Location was good, close to the main square. But hard to on google maps as it shows streets where we can't drive. The room was clean.

I especially liked the surprise when I arrived at my room at night and I found a small bag with food for my breakfast because I told that I will have to leave the room really early. I really appreciate the attention <3 Thank you!

Stairs were a bit of a challenge after a long day out, but understandable in Europe. Otherwise excellent.

Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t come forward with information about parking. Getting there or close to it is definitely a challenge. Google sends you through all kinds of tiny streets. The last 100 meters have to be done on foot. Better don’t try to get as close as possible but drop of luggage at the Praca do Giraldo, and then find a place to park.

Very central, well equipped, great shared kitchen, beautifully renovated house just below the cathedral.

Sound insulation isnt great from the other rooms, but most places in portugal like this are old, so it's expected and it didn't impact my sleep.

Really easy and the whole building is really well done throughout. Access was simple by having the same code for the door and the room. A suprise breakfast package and the room was small but perfect for my needs. Obviously recently updated and it's nice. Bed was comfy, bathroom was really nice..plenty of plush towels and the TV actually worked 💪 Would defo recommend and return.

The house had not the best isolation, so you could hear the neighbors easily even if they weren’t talking particularly loud.

We had a great stay at Palácio Diana. The room had a good size and everything was clean. Parking is possible in the city nearby, but there is no free parking (only after 19.00). The bathroom was very new and modern. Price was also fair. Check in and communication worked effortlessly

No facilities for “not so fit” people. Staircases to climb with lugages is a bit tough

The location is great and the renovated old mansion wonderful. 10 minutes walking, at most, from almost all the monuments in the old town.

Inside the room there is a very visible green light which during the night disturbs the sleeping. The staff is not so prepared to answer to guests' questions.

The room was big and very comfortable. The most valuable thing was the location of the guest house which is very central.

Nice and clean room in a central location. Entrance from a narrow street close to the city sqare and most resturants. Accsess by code, but I could store my luggage in the supermarked next door. Same owner.

Unfortunately the noise. There noise insulation it’s just not great. The bed was really comfy and we were really comfy but we kept on waking up to strange noises.

Corner room. Room great. But outside a tad noisy at 2am and again at 5am. . Moghtchave just been bad night. Becayaexat 9pm til 9am streets below were empty and silent. Only takes a few drunks to change that. Great view looking down at street though from 3rd floor. Maybe room on other side next time

Location is absolutely perfect. Towels were the best ones of our entire portugal stay. Seens silly, but after a few nights with old worn towels wt other hotels...these were luxurious . Would for sure stay again

There just was a very small windows high up, where you could see outside. And sufferly, though there was no traffic round, there was a strange noice the whole night. Sounded like the air cond, but I've checked mine, it was out.

The room was in a nice old house, high ceilings, all clean. Check in with code, you've got send. Very nice host. I could leave my luagage in her store beside. Very nice place directly in the center.
