Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

BrazilGreat service! I was with my 8 moth old baby and, in addition to providing a crib as requested, they also made available a baby bath tub without me having to ask. They were also happy to accomodate our request for early check in, which was essential as we arrived at 7am. Also, room is great and spacious.

BelgiumThe windows do not open partially so we had difficulty to have some fresh air inside. Not a problem if you open the window fully
The place was big, comfortable and in the city center. It was very nice , we got also a crib for the baby. We recommend to stay over there if you are traveling with a child. The breakfast is in the room and you receive some bread and cookies in the morning, some might not like it but for us was nice.

SerbiaBeds. I stayed in at least 7 different hotels last year, and I had no trouble sleeping in any. In this accommodation I had a lot of trouble adjusting to either the king or the fold-up beds. The matrasses are just not very comfortable for me. Other than that, the fridge could use a bit more variety for the breakfast food. But it was enough for several days, and the pastry was awesome.
This accommodation has a lot to offer. The apartment is huge, with almost 2 and a half rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a coffee machine, two TV sets, and modern furnishing. The WIFI was great, and although I was on vacation, I could easily see myself working from this place. The staff is amiable and accommodating. What's best about this hotel is the location, it has easy access to all the main tourist sites and restaurants.

GreeceWe stayed for 5 days, the breakfast was the same all the days, we would appreciate some variety. Despite the efforts of the personnel, the noise from the upper floor is distinct.
The location was ideal for tourist, everyday cleaning, amazing beds, the street is no longer accessable to cars which means that there is no noise despite the fact that you are located in the most central spot of Lisbon!

Great location. Really downtown and close to some key attractions Apartment was well equipped and good size. The sofa bed was in a nice nook so even if we didn’t fold it during the day that was not an issue and plenty of space still left Daily housekeeping was a positive. Staff did a great job in cleaning etc including the dishwasher Breakfast was a nice touch. We ended up cooking eggs etc given they were provided daily

United StatesHad everything we needed as a family of four - including a washer for our clothes!!! Spacious rooms with a great kitchen and all the utensils needed. The refrigerator was stocked daily with yogurts, cheese, milk, butter, fresh fruit, water bottles and more - and every morning they delivered fresh rolls, croissants and Pastel de Nata!!! We enjoyed coffee and Pastel de Nata in our wrap around balcony every morning. The location was fantastic - endless restaurants and shops and we walked everywhere because we were so central. The staff were so helpful and lovely!

The location is superb for someone who hasn’t been to Lisbon before. The staff at reception were also so friendly and helpful when we had questions regarding places to visit and the best areas to walk through. The room was everything we could have expect. We had a balcony also which was a lovely touch. Overall it was very clean and sufficient.
