Location was at the top of a steep road. OK if you're fit, bit could be a challenge for others. The apartment was very IKEA / DIY in presentation. Perfectly functional, but lacking style. No real view without leaning out the window- NOT recommended 3 floors up! However the main issues were heat and noise. If you shut the windows to keep out the noise, it was too warm, and if you open the windows, it was very noisy, often past midnight. There was a v. noisy air conditioner in bedroom. I don't know the rules and regulations in Portugal, but given that this is a building with numerous apartments, I was surprised not to see any obvious fire alarms, safety notices, emergency numbers displayed.

Good size, well equipped comfortable apartment with easy access via a quiet lift. Flat screen TVs in both living area and bedroom. Ideal for two guests, but can accommodate 3-4 by using the sofa bed. Large fridge and freezer are very useful and adequate cooking facilities are provided, but if you don't want to eat in, there are several V.Good restaurants within easy walking distance. Short distance from main streets, metro etc..

unfortunately we couldn’t check in at the scheduled time because the cleaning lady was not ready yet which was quite inconvenient for us since we were really tired from our travel , but besides that everything was fine

It wasn't too noisy but the walls of the apartment aren't soundproof. Some aspects of the decor are a bit 'tired' for the price. The sofa bed wasn't comfortable and was too noisy so putting the mattress on the floor was much better.

We felt like the area was safe. It was a convenient location as well. The cooking facilities were very good and it was great that there was an option to use the washing machine. The elevator was also very useful. Plus having the waterproof mattress cover for the baby was excellent.

All the facilities are not just old but stinky especially the towel. Moreover, it was very hard to contact the property once you checked-in.

Part of the bedlinen was not clean and was smelling bad, clearly used by previous guests. We were also waken up at 6am with the next guests banging on the door wanting to enter the apartment - although our check out time was 11:30.

The location and flexibility of the host. communication with the host was also easy.

I can say that the cleaning was terrible. In addition, when you enter the house, you smell a very intense and disgusting cigarette, the air sirkulation was very inadequate. The staff write with the imperative mood on whatsapp what you need under the sofa, do not touch the linens in the closet! It always seems absurd to me to leave cash for city tax at home, even though we pay in advance from booking.

no microwave owen, neither dishwasher, kitchen not well equipped. bathroom door could not be closed, so you can have great look into the kitchen sitting on the toilet. not good for more than 2 people neither, sofa in the living room was awful, making terrible sound after every move, could not sleep for 2 nights, not speaking about constatnt grey noise of the fridge, which also did not help.

I didn’t like anything besides the location, the place was awful. Dirty towels, humidity stains in the pillows, awful couch bed, water taps completely broken, holes in the furniture, broken broom, everything super old and bad really. Noisy building, could not rest properly since the house was awful and the noise was insane, the walls are bad so everything is loud. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Never was I in such bad house. And for that amount a night, regret very much not staying in a hotel…
