There was a problem with water drainage in bathroom so we informed the owner and they promised that someone will fix it. But they never did, so we were “forsed” to get into shower full with previously used water. Also there was no oil/salt and other small things that could make our stay more comfortable

The check in process was awful. Don't understand why not all the information was sent beforehand, instead of texting with the staff while standing on the street. The bathroom was not completely clean.

Good location, comfortable apartment, everything is provided for a short say. Some physical condition is required, as the stairs to the place might be challenging.

There is a exceptionally large black mould above the shower which needs attention. The toilet seat was loose Some windows were difficult or unable to close once open

The location was great! Very easy to get to points of interests with a plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. I traveled with two other friends and the apartment was spacious—we never felt crowded.

The apartment really does need a good deep clean and freshened up a bit. The kettle continually boiled if you didn't switch it off and the shower wasn't attached to the wall. We were only there two nights so we could ignore the issues but hopefully they will be fixed for the next visitors.

The flat is beautiful, very spacious, lovely balcony too with nice view.

The stairs and the poor quality bathroom. We informed the company there was a very unsatisfactory shower head over the bath and the basin tap was extremely wobbly. Someone came promptly to provide the "quick fix" which was unsatisfactory. The bathroom requires updating properly

One room is a little small, but livable. Bedrooms were a bit warm in summer. Check in process was a bit confusing to figure out but ended up being easy. once you called agency.

Great location on quieter street but still close to busy, hip neighborhoods. Clean and tidy apartment.

Kitchen not very well equipped. Dishwasher did not work well but left food on the plates. Only a small amount of soap available and no other provisions which for a short stay in a self catering apartment would have been helpful.

bathroom didn’t seem to be the cleanest, there was some hair and dirt around the sink, it is also quite warm in the flat if it was higher than 30° it might not be the easiest to cool down there but the fans were a big help for the nights just may need a few more

really great location, 10 minutes from the nightlife but it’s really quiet, 15/20 minutes from the marina and Rossio square with the viewpoints, great location and really good size and comfortable to be in

difficult to access the building with taxi because all roads are blocked and moving with many baggages is a challenge. also the linen on the best were too old and stained and they did not even fully fit the bed.

We had some noise disturbances during the night from people in the apartment above us. If you do not like walking or climbing stairs, this is not the place for you. The streets are steep and the apartment is on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator.

We loved the location, close to restaurants and cafes. The apartment was very clean and well equiped. Check-in and check-out was easy. The little balcony with 2 chairs and a table was a lovely extra. .

We have stayed in this apartment many times over the years. It remains comfortable and convenient but is showing some signs of dilapidation. The apartment door lock sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. The floor isn't level by a significant degree. The lock on the bathroom door doesn't work at all, causing a few awkward moments. The bath plug doesn't work, so shower only. The apartment no longer has air conditioning, the units having been replaced with fans which are less effective. The toilet flushed only on restricted setting. Prices have increased markedly over the years, to the point where it is no longer great value for money.

Location is great for access to most parts of central Lisbon. Reasonably well appointed apart includes washing machine and dish washer.
