Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandOne member of staff turned on the light in the night because she thought someone had stolen wifi router, The internet connection mentioned on the door didn't work, but they had another one, I connected at reception.
I like that staff was friendly and helped with any requests. The location is close to the airport, 15 min walk. There are rules in the building, no drinking, no noise after certain hours, and no light in the sleeping room after the hour.

Lovely greeting. Lovely people I met here. I was only here for 1 night before catching flight so was great for this. Showers hot and good pressure however a little small. Bedding clean. Very good value for money and great place to meet fellow travellers.

I liked the fact that it was not too close to the center of Faro and it was quiet. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing and I managed to find some peace. Very well located with the beach and with Faro city. Staff was welcoming and knowledged about the cities to explore in the Algarve and the activities to do during the holiday.

United StatesIt just wasn’t comfortable due to the lack of bathroom privacy and space. The bathroom stalls and showers are tiny and can get busy at times. Also, even though the staff were fantastic and cleaned around the clock, the bathroom had a perpetually lingering odor. Other than the airport and beach, most other things are further away. Also, the dorms do not have any locks or key cards.
There are fantastic views, a nice patio area, and a spacious kitchen with four guest fridges. It’s close to the beach and the airport.

GermanyPlastik sheets covered the matress, quite weird feeling. Superhot in the room. We had one fan, but it didn't change much. Bathroom was really dirty. 24h reception means also people get into the dorm at any time of the night and make themselves comfortable..
Good location close to airport, you can walk there easily. One of the persons at reception helped me to get my luggage upstairs, which was nice. 24h reception. The person from reception was very aware of not entering the dorm for women.
