Breakfast in monotonous and basic; as I stayed long, I lost appetite after few days and sticked to coffee which was instant coffee.

No complain with the room and location but the reception and common areas needs to be renovated.

The hotel needs some aesthetic and modern decor upgrades such as some rooms, the lounge area, maybe the hotel needs more light. Also, they need to open the bar and extend the restaurant time to serve lunch and evening dinners. It would be helpful. Overall, my family and I loved the stay, it was good.

The photos on your website doesn’t match with rooms layout, at this days hotels should invest o. more quality tv programs, have more power sockets in the rooms because if you are in bed running out of battery you need to stand up and wait for your phone to charge.

The only thing (person) I didn't like was on reception, a guy (in his 20s) was abrupt, not helpful and dismissive. Other reception staff were excellent.

The central location. My room was very good. Breakfast was superb and the food was replenished as soon as it was needed. 10/10. The staff were brilliant.

Although they are aiming to get to a higher level of review by Booking.com, there is still much work to be done. The breakfast was horrible, the coffee is indeed as horrible as other reviews have mentioned. When I wanted to have breakfast there were no tables left and everyone was walking into each other, logistically it was a nightmare. That led to either waking up really late or very early, and the noise from other guests was not great either. Some really loud portugese and Spanish guests who would just talk very loudly on their phone. The curtains were broken at the top and there were stains on the curtains as well. Shower and toilet were fine and did their purpose, although for tall guests, you will have to shorten yourself to fit in there. The doors, floors, and walls were really thin as you could hear other guests very well.

The beds were really comfy. All the facilities in the room are there, although not in superdeluxe state, but they do what they are meant for. The airconditioning was really nice as it can get really hot in the rooms. It was at a good walking distance from the city centre which was not too far.

Got the room what is not shown in booking.com. Awful, bathroom was like from year 1990. Really bad smell in room. Windows couldnt open, no air from there and wall next to it. Curtain broken, electricity wires just hanging, air condition worked somehow, but really noisy. Absolutely no worth of money
